9oz chamois pre and post wash measurements
Pre Length - 33" Sleeve - 34.5" Shoulder - 18" Chest - 21" Waist - 20" Opening- 20.5"
Post Wash Length - 31.25" Sleeve - 33.75" Shoulder - 17.75" Chest - 20" Waist - 19.25" Opening 20.5"
surprised that the chest and opening didn't really shrink much. If they did it was negligible. Biggest shrink spots again were the sleeves and overall length. I think i'll send it back one more time and have them take an inch off the length. That's the only place it feels off. The cuffs tightened up, but i'm not too worried about that now. It'll just be something i remember going forward. Will try to post some pics soon.

Probably one of the chamois and maybe the Higlands chambray, both two pocket, unfused spread collars. I have the highlands chambray and love it. Great texture. Beware the magical disappearing chamois!

Ordered a $48 purple OCBD today sans pocket with a reworked pattern to fit a little more trim. Read somewhere that purple is the color of the year for 2018 and thought, why not. Having it delivered to my parents house in Tennessee; I’ll be leaving Oregon this Wednesday and will likely beat the shirt. Gonna be a nice welcome back present to myself.

$98 minus the $50 pyramid scheme, or did I miss a special?

I keep stopping myself from using the coupon as I have seen the advanced options. I have been avoiding taking that list to a tailor the past 6 months but I really need to make that appointment and take care of it. I'm pretty hung up on this one:

I've had that thing in my cart a number of times but always end up with something else. Maybe it's time to drop the (soft and floral) hammer.

That print is in my watchlist, as well. With better weather on the way, it may very well wind up being my first.

For you who have ordered from Ratio before a question.
What is the relationship between what my tailor measured me and the measurements asked for in the fit survey?
For example, I'm a 46L but most of the shirts I buy are 50" in actual measurement. So do I put in 46 or 50 for chest?
Thanks!

I will warn you that Ratio is pretty agreesive on sizing though. I'm a 41" chest, but tend to shoot for a 45-46 chest with an 18.5" shoulder. Their suggested template was 44 and 18, which fits, but is a bit on the tight side. Just review their measurements.

I did average body and slim fit. I think their is a relationship between those two options. Bonus was my Tailor, that I'm just establishing a relationship with, reminded me that the old Hugo Boss factory is still making suits and their contract work is for Hickey Freeman and some other place I forget the name of. So I need to go suit shopping soon.

My Gustin bxb jeans are three years old and just starting to show decent fades. Patience, young Paduan. Now if it turns back into a shirt for Mini You, you can complain loudly.

So I jumped in the Ratio pool and got my 'gift credits'.
Anyone here ready to make a first purchase, let me know and I'll send you a code.
I'd prefer if you were serious as we only get 3.
Thanks. $50 off first shirt.

I finally jumped in. I kept checking the new releases, as they came in. But, nothing was jumping out at me. So, I went with what I had saved, the Larkspur Floral. With summer approaching, I figured it would make for good casual wear, while dialing in the fit, if needed.
The only thing I couldn't seem to commit to was the collar. I went with the small semi-spread, over the standard semi. Being that, I'll only wear it casually in warmer weather, it seemed appropriate.

I bought the same pattern and I recall that Bentin was also on that one. I wish they would get in some better fabrics. Too much old school suiting shirting. The next fabric of Ratio's I'm enamored with is the blue/blue seersucker, but after that my fascination wanes quickly.
