If I remember correctly, some of you guys have experience with Ratio Clothing?
I'm considering picking up some Ratio shirts instead of going back to the ill-fitting Gustin well. They are pricey, but the buy ten get a bill for free does help, because I can see myself buying ten of their oxfords.

Yep, good stuff. Nice deal for dress shirts, comically better made than G shirts. You can get them shorter if you don't plan on tucking, and if you ask nice, you can get double flap pockets too.

Well the G shirts, at least the oxfords I own, are quality. I just don't fit their mold anymore. I'm considering their wine campus oxford from Ratio, since I don't have that one from G. Love all their different options. |

Love all their different options. That looks to be the same fabric, but didn't you get and sell a wine Gustin Oxford recently? Either way, it looks like either A, I didn't know what the hell I was looking at last I looked at Ratio, or B they've really stepped up their fabric game. I think it's finally time to make an appointment and get measured by these guys. |

Classic Medium is too tight in the chest now, and Classic Large is probably too big. I was considering getting the White Oxford and Wine Oxford combo in Classic Large, but I don't think I should bother. Ratio looks pretty sweet. |

Can one of you guys with a ratio shirt provide a picture or so of some of your favorite features that make them superior to other stuff on the market? For example the hem finishing, how the split yoke looks from the back of the shirt, etc. Ratio doesn't seem to feel those are important things to show, and maybe it's just really basic stuff so not worth it to them, or something, but I'd like to see what a whole damn shirt looks like before I go as far as ordering online. I imagine they have product at their presence here in Denver, but it'd save me a trip to see what a whole shirt looks like.

Just got a Ratio shirt in organic chambray last week. I have two Gustin shirts in slim XL and while they fit pretty well, the ratio fits much better in my opinion. I'm a swimmer and while I'm not huge across the shoulders and chest, most of the time shirts that fit in the chest drop straight down and the shirt then balloons around the waist. The ratio shirt comes in below the chest so its more fitted (though not snug) at the waist, which is the first time I've ever had a shirt that seemed to do that. But if you aren't built that way, you can adjust your blueprint accordingly. Creating a "blueprint" is pretty easy. The only information you might not know off the top of your head are your neck, sleeve and chest measurements.
I ordered my shirt to be sometimes worn tucked, sometimes worn untucked and the length is longer than Gustin, which is good. Sometimes I have some trouble keeping my Gustins tucked in.
Prices vary depending on the fabric, but are overall comparable to slightly higher than Gustin. The website says four weeks from order to shipping, but I think I got mine in less than three weeks.
The craftmanship on the Ratio seems impeccable. I don't know all the industry terms for stitches, and construction, but there aren't any stray threads, which is not something I can say for Gustin.
In short, a great shirt. I will definitely be buying my next shirt from them.

Got my Ratio fit dialed in with a wine OCBD and just got shipping confirmation on my Organic Chambray a mere two weeks after ordering! Very impressed with this brand; I'll report back wether or not the chambray lives up to expectations when it arrives.

Ratio is amazing. Great people, great customer service. After having a few shirts, I managed to stop in person in Denver for an in-person fitting. Drank some whiskey, too.

I just pulled the trigger on a white OCBD. Boring I know, but it fills a void left by outgrowing my G OCBD. Does it really take 3+ weeks to make?

My shirt came closer to 2 weeks, certainly no later than 3. I did get an email recently from them saying that they expect higher demand during the holidays, so maybe you'll have more of a wait. Even with the longer waits, still significantly less time than gustin, similar prices and a better fitting, better constructed shirt, in my opinion. I'd love to hear what you think of it. My next shirt will definitely be from them. |

Lol it's on my list of things to ask the fiance for X-mas...But for some reason I wanted to do it with a double flap pocket or two pocket to be more of a casual shirt. |
