Medium is definitely slimmer than a TS or G medium through the chest and stomach.
Really impressed with this shirt.

Well, nevermind. Someone beat me to it and bought the last large. I had it in my cart an hour ago but held off till I heard some feedback on the color. Oh well. I can assume this means some new Elko fabrics will be coming out soon? I've wondered if they were coming out with new fabrics as well. Aren't you an xl? I wear a large in the elko and the fit is spot on for me. Yeah you're right. Looks like I would be an XL on the Elko.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the customer service team at Edgevale. I bought a small Elko Flannel based on their measurements and it was too small for me. The shirt was sold out but I contacted the CS team and spoke to Alex who searched the warehouse for me and found one last Medium that had been used for a product shoot. A quick trip to the post office and few short days later and I am now wearing a perfect fitting medium in the red/white/blue colorway. These guys are great to deal with and this will not be my last Edgevale purchase.
One difference i noticed, my small Elko did not have the side hangtag and the colors seemed to be brighter. The medium has the side hangtag and the colors seem a little more muted. Does anyone know which version (hangtag non-hangtag) were the first runs?

I imagine the non-hang tag was the 1st run. The red/wht/blue Elko was my first purchase from them and it didnt have the hang tag. When I bought the brown and blue versions they both had the hang tag on the side.

Warehouse sale online. $24 shirt grab bag I was tempted but decided not to because I already own 3 of the Elko flannels. I also didn't want to get saddled with one of the diarrhea colored Yonder shirts.

Haha, yeah those Yonders kept me away too. But cool deal, thanks for sharing. I had a shirt all lined up in my cart, looked at the available options and saw that I disliked more than half of them for whatever reason, and closed the browser window. No sense buying something cheap if I'm not interested in wearing it.

I think of it as the Tellason Syndrome.

I think of it as the Tellason Syndrome. that jacket hurts my eyes. I wonder if the fellas at Tellason sat around doing bong hits asking themselves how many pockets they could put on a jacket before it looked silly.

Snagged some yonder shirts and a stretch gingham shirt that were leftover in my size from the recent sale. Also got the first-timer coupon for Edgevale. I'll post on the fit and quality so others can compare due to their wonky fit guide.
I figured these should be respectable quality and for the price I paid (less than $50 each) I can actually wear them to work and not have to constantly worry about ruining them.

I got a white yonder shirt in the warehouse sale. Happy for $31. Thinking about dipping it in some indigo.

Just got a bag of shirts in the mail from these guys after a long process (mostly on my part) of choosing between two colors after one had gone out of stock. Ended up with both options -- Alex at Edgevale has been extremely courteous and helpful.
My initial reaction after opening the bag and trying two shirts on is -- VERY NICE! I haven't had a chance to try them all on (live in a woods so I had to take out some leaves before they take me out), but I will try to add a picture or two as well as a comparison to a TS mechanic and Gustin (coming down the pipe). The feel is great and they look very crisp, nicely tailored but loose enough that they can be considered an outdoorsy shirt. I got several Yonder shirts (tried on), a stretch gingham shirt (tried on), and a two-tone navy/khaki safari/highlands looking shirt. The stretch shirt is very cool and stretchy.
I noticed that there isn't much stock on the site currently, however when I talked with Alex he mentioned they are planning to have a black friday sale, so they may have more stock coming in soon.

I got a white yonder shirt in the warehouse sale. Happy for $31. Thinking about dipping it in some indigo. If I see white Yonder shirts again I will grab more, unfortunately they sold out as I was deciding which colors to buy, bummer. I like this idea though and if you do you should take some pics and let us know how it goes. If I get a white one I would consider dipping it, a natural jacket I don't yet have and a pair of natural converse in kakishibu as exemplified by stevekas on this forum. (I think that is how I stumbled upon this forum actually, I got the Gustin IndigoXPersimmons and began googling more about persimmon dyes, down the rabbit hole)

Looks like Edgevale is hopefully ramping up production again. I have yonder shirts, shorts, and a Northcoast shacket and really like them all. I got an email and missed out on an extra 10% off that ended last night at midnight, but the preorder pricing for smoke black cast iron pants is still running for more than 5 days. They have 32/34 inseam which could be good for some, bad for others. edgevaleusa.com/products/cast-iron-utility-pant-smoke-black?variant=39671288143Anybody else liking these or have any feedback on Edgevale?

I only own their flannel shirts which I like a lot. Unfortunately, I don't think they plan on making them anymore which is why they're gone from their site. I wear my flannels often because they're lightweight but warm and fit me well.

I still think I'm in....I dig Edgevale and I think the quality for the price is pretty good especially if the fit works for you. I need some good lighter weight shirts for the summer!

Compared to a ts 42, would a large fit me. Or should I try an xl and zap in the dryer.

I'm a 40 in TS and my 'elko' flannels in medium are more form fitting in the midsection. It's a great tailored look but I think sizing up and hot washing might be smart?
