Pretty sure it would make a killer jacket. Which I don't need. need? what does that have to do with anything? I literally have a metal hanger rack for my coats. Between a few vintage car coats and duffle coats to light jackets and spring stuff to denim. Way too many jackets. I wear my alpha industries in the cold of the winter, my M65 from 1972 fall and early winter. My Barbour during rain. The rest are second fiddle.

Since I already have the Oni jeans I've been thinking of what else I'd want made from this material and decided a work vest would be awesome. If they start making one and are still getting the fabric I'd bite. A car coat would be a cool option. Oni makes a trucker in this fabric.

Just curious how this works. Do you sew it up so that you think you or Mike can wear it when it's done, or do you just pick a random size? What do you do with the sample when you are done?

Can't wait to see the sample whipped up. Crazy come up on this denim. Would love to cop some yardage and make something with it.

TEST RESULTS FROM THE WASH[COLD WATER SOAK 2 HOURS]..DRYING TIME.... 2 DAYS..because of the rain..so the jeans dried by moon light. HAAAA... ORIGINAL SIZE [ BEFORE WASH ] 901 WAIST 36 [39 ACTUAL] FRT RISE 11 1/2 BCK RISE 14 1/2 THIGH 13 1/2 KNEE 9 1/4 OPEN 8 1/2 INSEAM 33 [ AFTER WASH ] 901 WAIST 36 [37 ACTUAL] FRT RISE 11 BCK RISE 14 THIGH 13 KNEE 9 OPEN 8 1/4 INSEAM 31 CONCLUSION 2" in the waist 2" in the length 1/2' thigh, and rise 1/4" knee and bottom opening. so it looks like you should size up 1 [ one ] size. PS..THE JEANS LOOK AWESOME AFTER THE SOAK....the fabric now feels like 20oz after the soak.... so Mike is going to do a time laps wear on these pair over the course of the year...its his big project he has decided to do..Haaaaaa..so buy stock in Procter & Gamble, we are going to buy alot of febreze..HAAA

So does this also give you enough information to make my jacket? I also wonder since the button I can see there is clean and the one on the site is with "leafs" I assume the clean ones are the small ones on the fly and the leaf is the top button. So which of these will be used for the jacket?

Checked with Denimio, they asked Oni and Oni said they don't work with Kurabo.

Isn't the point of being "secret" is that they probably won't reveal their source necessarily?

Isn't the point of being "secret" is that they probably won't reveal their source necessarily? They don't need to reveal their source, but outright lying about it is imo unethical.
