Received a call from one of the Guys at CF yesterday.
That's what he told me, order your normal CF size (or from the CF fit chart) and they will adjust sizing based on the shrink test.
I'm still apprehensive, not having a actual CF pair in hand. But should be getting my WABASH! Soon.

Does anyone think this denim is maybe...too neppy?? Assuming it is the Oni 20oz, I have been looking at a lot of pics lately and it almost puts me off at how neppy some of the pics look but then some other shots it looks awesome with less extreme neppiness. Wondering what anybody who owns this fabric might have to say about that.

Assuming it is the Oni 20oz, I have been looking at a lot of pics lately and it almost puts me off at how neppy some of the pics look but then some other shots it looks awesome with less extreme neppiness. Wondering what anybody who owns this fabric might have to say about that. I've thought the same thing. I'm hopeful it'll be like the Gustin looms state. |

guys, I have the oni secret and the loomstates.
the loomstates are much more slubby and textured but less neppy.
the secrets have almost too much nep, it's what's holding me up from cold soaking my pair.

I would go with one of the other Oni fabrics DigDug if you're looking for something close to the Gustin Loomstates. I have the Oni 517xxbe and the fabric is very comparable to the Gustin Loomstates but with a beige weft and more texture. |

Wondering what anybody who owns this fabric might have to say about that. i have the secrets and chose them specifically for the nep. the nep is very prominent...and not subtle by any means. they do have a fair amount of texture, but that tends to be less visible (not so slubby) and more feel. i love the fabric, but can see how some might think they are over the top. |

My wife calls it "cottony" and she's not crazy about the look. |

Haha...my wife hates my Oni Secrets because of the neppyness. She says it looks like I am wearing "burlap pajama pants."
So yeah, not for everyone. I like them though, and as @61scout says, they'll die down/wear in over time, and definitely after soaks and washes and the indigo gets on the beigey neps and the color becomes more uniform.
EDIT: Oh, and I wore them a couple Fridays ago to work, and my coworkers concurred with my wife. Troglodytes, the lot of them.

I don't own any black jackets and the BlackxGrey is the only fabric that jumps out at me. If Ciano could get that fabric i'd definitely plop down $200 for it. |

hah...my g/f laughs whenever i wear mine as well. she alternates between saying they look like burlap and like i'm wearing carpet on my legs
