Worth noting that the strong dollar continues to push down JPY prices. Most Japan Blues are $125 and the Monsters are $160. Momotaros are $225, including the BR's devastitis. |

Man, I'll tell you....OD has become one of my favorite retailers. Last night, as I was surfing through the Holiday Sale page, I came across a Momotaro moleskin work shirt. Something altogether different than anything else in my closet. As luck would have it, Momo has apparently started producing size 48, and OD was good enough to stock it. Specs looked about perfect. So, I nabbed one, for $126. I did a web search for it, and BOW is carrying it, as well.... $215, and the largest stocked size is 44. To top it off, I just checked my email, and I already have a shipping notice...on Christmas Eve ! Love it ! BTW, here's the shirt...  |

I figured you might appreciate this one. I just gave it a quick wash, and it's hanging to dry. The initial fit was great. A tad longer than I like, but I'm used to that. Broad shoulders, long arms, and a disproportionate torso make it a common occurrence. When dry, I will try to post some pics, and a review. Edit: FWIW, my initial impressions are very, very good. |
