Gustin sent me a free logo T.
Heather grey crew neck size large. 100% cotton.
Fit is great. I love it's spot on for me.
Hasn't shrunk during normal wash. Wash #2 coming up soon. Will put it in medium warm water and hot dryer dry.
Tags suck. Both the neck tag and the one at the bottom. I wanna rip them both out.
Material. Eh kinda itchy and scratchy. Feels like a cheap poly blend. Actually my american eagle shirts feel better against the skin.
I have noticed a bit of pilling so far I will see after the next wash and dry.
Hope washing will soften the fabric.
Once again this is one specific T. It may not represent the entire line of G t shirts. Just my experience with the logo T.
With a softer material and the same fit I would love an indigo T!

I was quite happy with XL they sent me even though the fit is much too big, so I'm thinking the Larges will be a good fit. If the fit is good I will be ordering more. The tags don't bother me at all. Btw, anyone else notice the T shirts are made in Los Angeles?

Shrinkage?

That's a personal question, man..... Seriously, though, I washed my Gustin large t-shirts recently in cold, tumble dried low, and notice no shrinkage.

Finally popped to the post office and picked up the 10oz heavyweight striped indigo t-shirt (along with a Pointer chore coat, which was a bit disappointing, and a Pendleton flannel). The first thing that struck me was that the fabric wasn't as thick as I was hoping; now I know that there is a lot more to it than just oz per square yard but it didn't feel as substantial as I had hoped. Having said that, the colour is absolutely lovely and it does feel a bit more substantial than the standard 5.5oz. Fit seems more or less the same as my other t's. Link if anyone is interested (though I got it from the stock store): www.weargustin.com/store/1517

Maybe oz on tees is like oz on wool meaning its about half of what is Said of comparing to denim so about 5oz?

Recieved the 9oz Indigo today. Quickly became my favorite T! If the Gustin T is a good Fit for you and the $25 bucks is ok. Grab this if it comes back. Nice weight (kind of feels more like 7.5 oz, I have a 9oz from someone else) Has a slight roughness to it, comfortable but adds to a small texture look. Should age nicely.

Nice DigDug. I have to say that these Gustin Ts are growing on me. I wore my black one and heather grey one this weekend and I'm really liking them more after wearing them a bit. I think I'll look for a heavy one to pick up. Is that a V or Crew neck DigDug?

Wash #3 for my Gustin heather grey logo T.
Feels about the same when it comes to softness.
Did not shrink at all. Same as the large fit chart when I got it.
Starting to pill pretty bad. My camera sucks but it is noticeable.
Regarding fit. I wear a Large button down unless they shrink...which they all have seemed to. So XL has been better for me even with the long sleeves. I do like large T's better if they don't shrink.
I have $30 credit might cop an XL indigo next release.

there are heavy indigo T's in both varieties in the stock store.
I didn't like my 5oz indigo T's so i'm hoping the heavyweight is better.
the neck opening is much too large, and the shirt itself is a few inches too long.

I think I'm taller than you and the XL is too long for me.

ickes good to know. I was thinking the indigo would get some shrink. Maybe not. Stick with the large and just make sure I lay off the carbs this off season!

ickes it's a crew neck. The large fits me (I wear a CL classic button up). Hoping these heavy T's don't shrink in the wash and dryer.

Did you get the V neck or the crue? If the crew how is the neck hole? Is it large? I got the V and love it and will get the crew neck version if it comes back, if the neck hole isn't large and all stretchy outy looking

oatwilly it's a crew. I don't find the neck big at all but not small either. Had it on all day and the neck didn't sag/stretch. Only thing in a little worried about is shrink. I'll throw it in the wash and dryer tomorrow and find out. I Already bought another one from the stock store.

oatwilly I agree with DigDug. The collars on the crewnecks are actually damn near perfect. A loosie goosy collar drives me insane and I was concerned about that as well before I received my first one but the collars are spot on. These Gustin Ts are pretty damn good actually. Think I'll cop a heavyweight indigo from the stock store
