Dudes, I don't know if you're into this stuff. But they currently have an indigo shop as well as a selvedge shop, so I thought of you guys! I couldn't find a thread dedicated to Huckberry, which surprises me. Because this store has bailed me out of some last gift ("oh crap, what do I buy pops for Father's Day?") predicaments. They have everything from pomade to Chippewa boots to Danner boots to everything between. Truly a "man's goods" store! I love the Huckberry web shop. lots and lots of unique items.
As a side note, wasn't Huckberry going to have Lawlwss denim make up a run of kevlar/denim jeans for thier website? Did that ever happen? Knowig the past history of LD ,co I doubt it!

Anybody had any negative experiences with Huckberry? Placed an order on the 28th and it still hasn't shipped.
I sent them an e-mail last week and they still haven't replied as well. Appreciate it was a busy period for them but didn't think it'd take so long for them to get the item out! Would have looked elsewhere had I known.

Just wanted to share my exceedingly positive experience with Huckberry! I ordered, as a Christmas present for myself(paid for by my Dad), an Apolis Chore Jacket in indigo, it had a promised delivery by Christmas Eve, but it didn't arrive.. Come Saturday the 26th, I sent Huckberry a friendly e-mail, since the tracking number had been frozen without updates, asking them to check on the status just to make sure it wasn't lost. The jacket ended up arriving yesterday (Monday), and today I got an e-mail from Huckberry with their sincerest apologies, stating that whether it was a gift for someone else, or simply an item for myself, they were giving me a $200!!! credit to their shop, to use however I want.
I've never experienced service like this before, I'm just in complete awe. I've always had as positive view of Huckberry, but this is just above and beyond. When I look at some of the truly awful experiences I've had with retailers this holiday season, Huckberry's gesture truly makes up for where everyone else fell short.

I think it's unfortunate that you had the exact same experience I've had the last two times I ordered from them (consequently the only two times I've ordered). I still like the way they curate their product offerings and their efforts to support USA made brands, but I have to admit I always think twice and take a look at other shops before I buy from them due to my experiences. It's good to hear they were so generous in resolving your issue, I was only told how rare it is that people have these issues. agreed with exophobe. that's not service, it's a generous admission of a mistake. nice by all means though. i personally have had nothing but poor experiences with them. I would argue that it was more of USPS' fault than Huckberry's, because tracking did say Dec 23-24. It was just unfortunate that they didn't adhere to their schedule. I somehow managed to get a t-shirt delivered to London for free via two promotions and $10 credit I had on my Huckberry account. Can't complain! Little things like this go a long way, so will use them again.
