Weird that the patch is smaller, I can fit my 1.5" belts under mine. He killed the bonsai embroidery at least eighteen months ago, as my anniversary jeans don't have it.

Changed what you ordered without notifying you? How strange for a company! My stars! I do remember reading somewhere that he was ditching the tree, but you could ask for it if you wanted it. It is a small company and they do miss these little details sometimes and might not have the time to update all of their photos etc. (I am still annoyed by the way they make it sound like all of their jeans are pure indigo dyed...but I don't have all of the facts on that one) I also find that Ciano likes to add 1" to the inseam for shrinkage because they know what is best for you. That might be why the inseam is a little long (just my guess based on a past experience I heard from a guy I know) Either way, don't look for much support here if you want to speak out against Ciano. Recommend you contact him directly and let him know what the issue is and see if he offers a solution. If he finds out you went to the internet before going to him, he will be less willing to work with you (I know a guy). The majority of stories you hear about when issues arise with Ciano, the customer ends up satisfied and I assume this is why he has such a strong group of followers. The others...they have to walk away from Omelas and stop by every now and then to leave weird postings. I am also not sure if "The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas" is standard reading and that reference is probably lost in the mix. Godspeed, little doodle.  |

He's also serious about free adjustments, so don't pay Railcar. If you want the tree and a different patch, just ask him, both are likely free too. He's almost certainly got his old stamps and cam certainly stitch down all four sides if that's what you prefer. Let him make the changes, you'll only have to cover shipping.
