Can't speak to these but I've read that their quality is good...for the price, if you're looking for a moc boot, the Lumber Ups seem appealing: www.eastlandshoe.com/

The Eastland "Made in Maine" line is produced by Rancourt & Co. I own a pair Rancoury boots, and they are solid... VERY solid. If they use the same efforts and work ethics on the Eastland's they should be great also

I've read that they use different lasts between the two lines. Also, the non-Maines aren't made in the US. I went ahead and grabbed a pair of those Lumber Ups in olive suede (figured the price warranted something a little different than my existing footwear).

Already have 1000 milers and IRs so figured these would be a "fashion" boot. Maybe wear a couple times a month. For $80 I'm not expecting something that'll last a decade.

Nordstrom has the Redwing moc toe crepe sole on sales at least once or twice a year for $150. I may pay a bit more to go for those instead.
