This is a new line that's coming from IH. The goal here is a shirt that can be worn casually but also formally or semi formally. Monme is a (difficult to explain) Japanese play on the word Momme. Momme is unit of measure for weighing silk. The first releases will be a silk shirt weighing in at 21 Momme. Features. 21 Momme selvedge silk Initially we will release white, cream, pink, pale blue and dark blue The silk is woven especially for us and will feature a red selvedge ID (sample is selvedge, but has no ID) Extremely high stitch-count Double button cuffs Side gussets with chain stitch run off Double pleated 4 piece yoke Three hole mother of pearl buttons Removable collar bones

It is not an Iron Heart release. I am having them made in the same workshops as we make the Iron shirts in, but it is a separate brand....
