I'd add that my Mom has one and it's the best US made sweatshirt that I know of. I would attribute this to the custom fabrics, custom hardware, thick stitching, and overall careful attention to detail. As a general rule, the best quality gear tends to be made by companies that spec their own cotton varieties/fabrics/hardware.
