Hey everyone.
please i do not want our Company to be like the issues you had is "LD"
please call us at 281-202-1078 if you do not get a response back on email from us...and we will handle any and all issues....
we are soooooo....overwhelm with emails with al sort of questions and it is hard to single out current customers..
SO PLEASE CALL US...281-202-1078..and i will be on the phone with you to talk....

He really means it. Everytime I call he answers or calls back quick. Have patience and faith, these guys are legit, and work their asses off. Nothing like LD!

I've already posted a review of my field hand trucker. One of the buttons fell off and they handled the repair for me very quickly (even adding a leather hang strap in the collar I requested.) Great US company making high quality goods at a great relative value. In fact, I just sent Ciano two pairs of LD jeans for some repairs given I've had issues getting Roman to honor his lifetime warranty. ☺ |

I will try to get in touch with you (by phone) but I am in GERMANY so it´s hard to find the timeslot (when I remember to call you, it´s either to early or too late  ). Ordered a 23oz in Feb and a wabash vest shortly after ... so I am in my 15th and 13th week now. My last conversation with Ciano was very pleasant and way better than writing everything down. overdRAWn (Thorsten) I used to work in Frankfurt and lived in Dallas. Time difference is six hours, just call between 15:30 and 17:00 while you're at work, that's 9:30 to 11:00 here. |

Ciano is busy atm returning back to work after the river floated their Office and workplace ... they try to get back on track.
Anyway I will try to call him again .... noticed that the Long time waiting had my lose some weight, so I might be better of with the 901 Slim fit ... Need to tell them quickly.

I tried to call Ciano 3 times for the last three days, only their machine was on to leave a message.
Will Switch my order for 23oz from 905 to the Slim 901 fit, I am sure now and will try to call again.

UPDATE for my order ... just talked to Ciano yesterday, they just returned back to their shop due the river near the office was flooding and Ciano & Co were not allowed to get back to the office (too dangerous).
Beside this backlock, they need to work on a lot of packages held at the post office to be shipped (due to the flood), these all need to be re-stamped to assure a proper delivery.
OK, I see and feel for all who wait, but Ciano did answer the phone although he cannot answer eMails (too many), do not compare to the story we all know about (LD).
I will get my goods, any time soon and my waittime was around 16 weeks ... too hot to wear the 23oz jeans anyway.
