I think we can point to the less-than-mind blowing G drops over the past few weeks/months. Lawless being AWOL, and not many people who are communicating on the other brands. I think there are so many options, so it's hard to see people zeroing in on one specific brand.

Yeah I think we are just kind of in the lull between winter and spring right now. Most brands have already released what they are going to for the Fall/Winter but not quite ready to release Spring items yet. Oh and like bentin said, it's totally that guys fault too ^^^^ |

One way to keep the forum moving is to post some photos on progress, waywt, new purchase and so on.
Also, it is good to have everyone to post at least small reviews with couple unpack photos when they receive the goods. They will keep the forum going.
Another idea is to find some Asian lady to cut up workshirts and shit. But I heard there is very offensive and not cool.
Anyway, there are a lot things we can do than just talk about new purchases. I have no fund, and that is unhealthy anyway to keep buying stuff.

I agree though, the only sub-forum that seems lively is the G forum and that's because they've been dropping a lot of turds |

I have a strong need to spend money elsewhere now. I need floor in my last room, some cupboards and stuff bc space. And its soon time for some car fixings and new summertires, and in the summer we plan to fix the kitchen all without taking loan so money is kinda tight now.
I do need to get some new jeans to keep crisp. Maybe flatheads. And some more shirts and chinos and socks and underwear and new ok sneakers(perhaps Gustin) and also maybe an suede Alden clone.(j-crew) and another lighter sweater...i have so many brown,Grey,green,and wierd colors so dont go with alot of shirts so i need atleast one more light one.
I want more shirts to fade but wonder if i really can use them. Just the flathead, IronHeart and wabisabi is so slooow, i dunno if they will ever fade....
So Ciano shirting could also be cool..well see.
Im not gonna get more G workshirts since Its too much of a pain to shorten them. Maybe some more oxfords and a baby gingham.

It's been slow as hell.
Lets get Brooklyn to do a MTO for us on Vibergs at their listed CAD prices.
That will get this place hoppin.
I still do want to buy a bunch of things, and I keep checking back. Sale season is over, that could be part of it too.

Honestly, I have a house that we're still adding on to.
A granddaughter in private school which we pay for.
Kids that still need some help on occasion.
An elderly mother that needs help as well.
And on and on. Just can't spend like I used to. It's also dependent upon my wife's current project(s). Sometimes she does things that don't pay well - such as an AFI student film. Other times she makes $2k a day. So life is too unsettled for me to be a ho. For now.

yeah, same here regarding my clothing budget for 2016. I'll be getting a new (new to me/used) vehicle this year, finally start some remodeling on my house, etc...so clothing has been pushed down the priority list. I'll still be buying, just not like I have the past few years.

ickes, got the 111 chambray pinstripe/Wabash. I'm fondling it now on the bus home and it's noticeably thinner than the 12oz I'm used to. Will post manly pics later.

My financial advisor and wifey are working together to kill all the fun in my life.... no car, shoes, clothes, watches, digital gears....... (the fxxxing list is long) End of the day, I am still happy to be back home. Life is too short to live in shitty places... no matter how cheap they are. |
