How well do the 16ers stretch? I would prefer something in the 12.3-12.5 range on the thigh, and it looks like the 32s in 16oz runt he same as the 11oz. I believe the Gustin American Sixteeners are the same fabric, and I will say it's not the most pliable, but when it breaks in it's great. Otherwise, sorry for butting into the thread. thatd be interesting if theyre the same fabric because one says they use an american denim and the other a japanese.

Washed the 11oz Stantons. They're not as smooth any more, but that's a good thing, IMO. I don't really dig that whole starched up, overly smooth feel.

that's a great question.
they're the 410 and are supposed to show slub like the 420 but i cannot find out if they're the same material with the 420 just being a washed version. i think that the 410 could just be the standard monster denim but IxB and unsanforized.

Yeah, those are my fall back for the Shadow Kibita.

the blue and red westerns are bad ass. Those are pushing IH prices though but I honestly believe those are the exact same fabrics that Iron Heart is releasing later this year. hmmmm

Anyone have any experience with the Strider? The sizing looks just about perfect for me, since my Stantons are either too loose in the waist or too tight in the knee when I size down. Blargh.

Blargh. stay away from it. it's a horrible fit i'm sad to say. go SK. surprisingly it's a better fit than the Stanton. i switched over to it recently and am pretty happy. the thighs and waist can get outta whack at certain sizing but check out the measurements.

Every time I've looked at the SK, I can't get a good thigh to waist fit. :/

I agree with this. SK is a great fit, I went with Stanton's on my 11oz because I wanted a little looser summer fit, but will do SK's in a heavier denim.

i have the 11oz in the stanton and changed last week to the SK. world of difference in doing so. it's going to vary based on the denim so i'm slowly figuring out what sizing to go with. really want to convert my 16.5oz slubbers over to SKs. for the fit, variable, talk to blue owl and see if they can get it to work for you.

Gah, those are baby punching bad. Please refrain from punching any babies. Mine's safe. But those shirts would cause me to burn anything in my closet that they touched. The Jumpers are kinda cool, but ouch, those Westerns are Scott Glenn Urban Cowboy bad. Maybe it's living in Texas, but those, the crusty pickups in the Auto thread and all we're missing is a thread about tank tops and chewing tobacco.

I really like them, I'm just trying to decide if I should get the IH or Rogue Territory. I don't own anything from Rogue Territory, how's the quality fellas?
