Their pricing is a bit goofy. Gotta wait for the short sleeves to go on 40% off, or end of season.

price aside, the one thing that aggravates me about these shirts is the lack of a gusset on the side of the shirt. Freenote does this with some of their shirts too. easy pass for me.

What's weird is that they show them on some pics and not on others. I may email them about this, as I'd like the flannel, but would strongly prefer a gusset.

Screw it. For $255, they should be able to stick the placket on straight and get the cuffs right, much less use some selvedge for the gusset. Cool material, more shite MiUSA quality.
Come on you fat Cheeto, fix our drunken, one eyed pirate seamstresses already!

I don't get why Rgt prices their shirts at $255 versus other US companies that charge $200. For that kinda coin I'll pay extra and stick with IH.

Yeah, their short sleeve pricing doesn't bother me since they'll be 20-40% off in two or three months online. But the Sashiko and Flannel being exclusive to their website kills the deals.

Agreed (except the fallback brand). one of these days, Bentin, you'll see the IH light Odds took a massive hit with the death of Rakuten deals. Shirts don't do much for me, but jeans have some potential. I am strongly considering the 14oz OD in 633 or 301 cut. An IHSH 33 is also on the casual search list, but the Flat Head 7001 and 7002 both appeal to me more.

I like it on cheap MiUSA shirts like Topo Designs because it keeps them from throwing on a poorly aligned Gustin-esque placket. But for $255, yo shite should be tight. Weak effort by Karl here.

the placket on my Edgevale flannels are all aligned and those were cheap and MiUSA. but yes, for $255 your shirt should be on point.

I kinda like Rgt's ranger jacket.

I kinda like Rgt's ranger jacket. It's a great jacket. A Barracuta without the ugly rear vent. There's one left in ISC in XL at Context that I keep hoping someone will buy to keep me from doing it myself.

I like it because it's a simple design and different enough from my Ridgeline. Although, I went on a jacket buying spree in the last year or two and really don't need more, but I could be tempted by the Ranger jacket if the price was right

Just looked on their website, those Ranger jackets are nice. I would definitely pick one of those up.

I can't recall when the Ranger jacket came out. FW16 maybe? When these first came out I passed on it because I thought it was too similar to my Ridgeline, but after closer inspection it's quite different. they're both waxed canvas but as Bentin pointed out, it's RgT's take on the Baracuta, so unlike my Ridgeline it has a gusseted back, zip front, and regular hand warmer pockets. It could probably be dressed up or down but I think it looks best worn casually with denim

Just picked up the natural indigo s/s work shirt. Very nice construction and great fit and look over a black merino tee. The pictures on RTs site are pretty accurate.

Interesting that they mentioned a cream version, which I assume is the same as the Taylor Stitch I have. But RgT said theirs was damaged and they won't be selling it.
