Anyone noticed that all the prices have been raised by 5-10% when you click on products in the stock store (compared to the price listed on the overview). So it's been marked up twice essentially. At the risk of sounding like a skeptic, I could see the stock store being opened up to everyone within the next couple of days (can't see of any other reason for increasing the prices for a second time). Isn't it usually marked up about 20%? The jeans I looked at during the campaign were $99 and in the stock store they are $119. Wow, that's lame! They just did that, too, because I just bought a pair yesterday when the prices matched and now the purchase price is $7 more.

This is annoying true, but (depending on the item) don't you think it's worth paying maybe 20% more to not have to wait 3-4 months? Just got a concrete selvedge oxford from the stock store with some G credit...I had almost forgot what it was like to get something in 5 days.

The stock store mark-up is in place for the overhead they opt to not have ideally. The pricing being marked up twice is just lazy writing by G - they typically don't even correct the copy when they post a second run on the site and mark up the price based on popularity of the first run (in many instances). As for opening up the store again, I think they probably won't. The inventory isn't as strong as just a couple weeks ago. They seem to open up certain items now when the inventory is up. For the variety of content they do offer in the stock store, it's tempting to overlook some of the price mark-ups. I think you're misunderstanding me (or maybe I've misunderstood you!)- the price on the actual storefront (the grid of objects) for the stock store is already an increase on the original 'crowdfunded' campaign- but if you then click on an item it then increases the price again. I'd take a quick screenshot but I guess it's not the end of the world- just seems a bit sneaky. As an example: 2 pack of t-shirts were $26 when crowdfunded Listed as $31 on the stock store storefront $36 dollars when you actually click (view) the item Meh! strange...i thought that's what you meant, but then decided it wasn't the case because the 3 items i clicked on had the same price after click. as said earlier, i'd chalk it up to lazy site maintenance over them trying to purposefully bamboozle.

I just checked this out - it may be that they just include shipping in the stock store price. I added a pair of jeans (listed at $85 on the page, $91 once I clicked on it) and they don't charge shipping.
Can't speak for the other mark-ups higher than $6.

Just tried the conexblack workshirt. Listed at $113 on page, when you click it says $122 then when you checkout says $121.65. Shipping is free but I got CA tax. Tried it on the other workshirt that is listed at $124 on page, when you click it says $129 and checking out shows $129.45 w/free shipping and CA tax of course.

Weird, I only tried jeans and the ones I added were all the same.

Weird is right. I just checked from my other Macbook and it's not showing the pricing difference. Maybe it's a cookie/cache thing?

Sounds like someone did something funky in the code. Looks normal again to me, just showing the total including shipping on everything

Yeah seemingly just an error on their part and nothing malicious. I always get tempted when going through the stock store anyway- have added 2-3 things to my cart before emptying it and reevaluating my life
