I think if you have/had store credit and did not make a stock store purchase, you will have access until you buy something from the stock store. I had credit from a return and stock store access but I used the credit on a purchase from the G standard store. I still have stock access. Solid theory, but I have had credit for some time and haven't made any stock store purchasessince having this credit. I used to have stock store access, but lost it a few months ago. So random the G-logic.

I had access before: (a) ever having store credit; (b) buying anything from the stock store. Strange.

Guys, I wrote this a few pages back - but if you'd really like to have stock access asking really politely apparently helps. Oddly, for a very very long time even though I received store credit from a refund I could not access the stock page. So I'd say it's kind of a manual on/off switch - either you get permanent access, or you don't and can only see it during public sales.

I've had store credit and had access, then all of a sudden a few months later I no longer had access. It's weird.

Not sure if it's been said before but I thought I'd put it out there anyway. It's pretty laborious, but if there is something in partiular you are after it's simple enough to see if the stock store has it. For example, if you were after a pair of 1968's just shove in 'the-1968' after stock. www.weargustin.com/stock/the-1968Two pack t-shirts? www.weargustin.com/stock/usa-t-shirt-heather-grey-2pkJust have to enter it hyphenated and exactly as it appears in the title (don't include the hash symbol). They have a lot of stuff, but of course they don't have everything, so it'll redirect you to current/completed campaigns where there is no stock. Hopefully this isn't too patronisingly simple/obvious, just wasn't sure if it passed anyone by! (Would make more sense to ask for stock store access as someone else said above! )

(Would make more sense to ask for stock store access as someone else said above! ) I do believe at least Josh occasionally checks into the forums here. And I also believe they know who orders something, and when, from the stock store. I just have to laugh at the above "trick" to get into the stock store. My guess is, the G-team will eventually see to it that the trick no longer works. Also, didn't Josh state either here or SF that the stock store is mainly for people with store credit or returns, and Gustin can control access to it. I've already snuck orders in on it, and I told them if they didn't want to honor the order it wouldn't bother me because I know the stock store isn't really meant for the average Joe just browsing to pick something up. It doesn't bother me one way or the other if people order from the stock store. I'm just saying don't be surprised if at times you can't access it. I'm guessing if you have credit from a return, and can't access the stock store, just contact Gustin and they will let you back in. Andy B.

andybNever said it was a trick, don't see it as anything other than accessing a page on a website. Can't seeing it being even a remote issue for anyone.

What denims do you have? yeah, i haven't gotten organized enough to put them all up and i may have exaggerated–the big stack is a bunch of 36 slims but here are the 35s: • #21 The Black2 (35 Slim) • #82 American Sixteener (35 Slim) • #89 Cone BlueXBlack (35 Slim) • #113 Black 2.1 (35 Slim) • #201 Italy Midnight Shadow (35 Slim) • #204 Cone Khaki Overdye (35 Slim) • #221 IndigoXBlack (35 Slim) maybe i should open up my own stock store...

33 Slims: Wow! Downtown Browns at the old price of $96. Paid $122 for mine on the last go round. Dev, any jeans in there for a fat guy (40 Slim)?

Those DTBs are mine, and I got a $122 refund for them. If you're a 33 slim, snap them up. They were in spec and nothing was wrong with them.

How do you get a refund from Gustin? Then offered me store credit for a pair I have but I'd much rather just be done with them.

Just reply and tell them you'd rather a refund than store credit. They've been pretty nice about that the last year or so. Edit: and quit breaking quotes.

Like a lot of things in life, you just need to ask nicely.

I'm on my phone and tried to cut out the extra quotes! ☺ Whoops.
I'll just try asking them again, thanks.

Received my denim grab bag a few days back, and I still have no idea which denim it is. And it kinda irks me that it says Gustin doesn't sell seconds, and that the grab bag is not returnable, but this grab bag is clearly flawed. The number attached is not the denim that it is, and it has the size label cut out with a 35 written in the warp with a pen. It also has loose stitching, and looks like someone did a stitch job after it was returned (this was clearly a return, no doubt about it).
