No hardware is a mistake, not something sold by the company as every other product on there. While it's good to see them getting publicity of this type, there are about a million other things I would like to see in such an article regarding LD&CO, because that pair of jeans isn't the worst thing they've done. |

I agree, but I'm sure the no hardware snafu was the easiest to relay and provide a photo of for such a quick headline article. Diving into the complete depths of Lawless blunders would require a week long series. |

ickes' crossed out and marked up size label always made me smile. No matter what the label originally said, the size was always what the customer ordered. That was the straw that made me realise for sure that they were unscrupulous and untrustworthy, and then true to current form they ignored my refund request which I asked for after the label jiggerypokery.

It's not denim, but that shirt I got from Gustin with the fabric inside out except for the right arm was pretty silly.
