I recently received my order of my Japan Blue denim and a Momotaro denim banner. I'm extremely grateful as I write this review about Denimio products because of the excellent customer service rendered to me.
Last Month, I wanted to buy a new piece Japanese denim. I went online and research for various denim brand and online denim store, and I found that Denimio is a highly recommended denim online shop because they are known for having an extensive range of products, excellent customer service and prices of its denim products are much affordable than other denim shop.
After due consideration, I decided to get from JAPAN BLUE JB02-S01 14.8oz US Cotton Selvedge Skinny Jeans from Denimio and I proceeded to make my order. However, after making my order, I realize I also wanted to get the Momotaro denim banner so I immediately email Denimio to check if they could include the denim banner with my Japan Blue denim so that I didn't have to pay shipping fee for another order.
During the enquiry process, Denimio email replies were very prompt, they then suggested that I just proceed to order the banner as per normal and pay for the shipping, they will then convert the shipping fee amount into Denimio Points to offset the total amount for the order of my Japan Blue Denim and Momotaro Banner.
I immediately accepted their offer, noting that it's unusual for a online shop to practice this as I understand it can be quite troublesome. However, Denimio Team were willing to go the extra mile for their customers and provided this generous offer.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank Peter from the Denimio team, he was the one that handle my request and gave me the offer. His service helped make my buying experience on Denimio truly a memorable one. It made me feel that I was shopping at a physical Denim store because of the luxurious assistance Peter provided me with.
After waiting for 3 days, my order finally arrived. I felt excited and anxious to open my order. The Japan Blue Denim was in Perfect condition, I have to add that it even had the scent of new raw denim( It's a smell which I'm sure many denim head knows about it).
I tried the denim immediately, the fit of the denim suited me perfectly , it is like a tight fit from waist to tight and a tapered fit all the way to the leg opening. I then proceeded to see the selvedge and thread details on the jeans. Thumbs up to Japan Blue denim, their denim artisans put in effort and passion to elevate Japanese denim to another level.
The Momotaro banner is truly a gem. The details on the banner is simply so amazing, the pink selvedge details, the Peach boy print, and the colour of the banner is vibrant and beautiful. The level of intricacy on the denim banner demonstrate Momotaro's craft man high skills level. I am delighted that I chose to buy the banner, because the details and touches on it are just world class.
My Momotaro Denim banner is displayed proudly along my other denim collection, and it remains the crown jewel of the lot.
In Conclusion, the items that I ordered from Denimio came in superb packaging and perfect condition.
This maiden purchase from Denimio changed my perception about online shopping. Denimio displayed a high standard of service which is truly exceptional.
Factors such as a having wide range of denim brands/products, remarkable service quality, exquisite knowledge on Japanese denim, offering rewards points to customers and free size exchange for denim(This is a Bonus for all customers), already place Denimio way ahead among other online Denim store.
