I had one response, indirectly. I had an order that was partially shipped (got the jeans, didn't get the shirt). It had been marked "Fulfilled" and is now marked "Partially Shipped". So it does appear that she is going through the order numbers and updating their status at least.

I want to know what is going on with the order update thread. Dozens of us tagged Laura with our order numbers. I didn't receive any response. Has anyone else? Mods aren't allowing any chatter in that thread. I don't know if they're also deleting messages that say "I got my order", but I stopped receiving any response from them on Tuesday, and I don't think they've actually shipped anything. The story changed from the email I was sent (which was the same line "jeans will ship and then we'll get shirts on the way) to what people were told on this forum, but I don't think moderators are allowing talk about that outside of pm.

I don't think anything is being deleted. This was one of Laura's last post. For those not on the list she posted, we're still On the waiting list but don't hold your breath. I'd like to know how to "work out a substitute".? Laura- "If your name/order number is on this list, AWESOME! If it isn't, do NOT be discouraged. A blatant attempt to get people to rescind their complaints without any real consistency of orders being shipped.

Part of that included offering a replacement item for one of my orders - a woman's pair in a fabric they're apparently now out of. I responded with a willingness to do so but have not heard anything since. Interestingly, the one thing that did get "resolved" in my case was changing one of my duplicate orders to a status of "Refunded." (Somehow there were two orders in the system for an item when I only ordered and paid for one.) Due to what looks like another bout of silence, it sure looks like another case of "same old/same old." We've been here before, remember? Roman popped up a couple times. Drummed up excitement and lots of messages like "Great! Rooting for you guys! Want to see you succeed! Great product!" And then...nothing. We will just have to watch the reviews thread to see if anything actually does show up THIS time (as it's not unheard of to just have a package appear in a mailbox with zero advance notice.) In any case, we now have two separate & dedicated threads on this forum to provide LD a list of items not received... There should be no excuse on their side for not knowing!

It sounded like he'd agreed to refund any who'd complained to AZAG, which obviously costs him money. Persuading people to rescind complaints due to tempting promises of getting cheap gear saves him cash and means the complainants are back in the land of trusting that he'll do the decent thing, where most have been for over a year now.
Better $50 AZAG in the hand than $100 of uncertain quality and spec kit in the bush, but presumably that still leaves hundreds who haven't formally complained to AZAG. Is it too late for them now?
But here's hoping that gear starts coming through now, as they've had a week or so. I guess whatever credibility some still think he has rests entirely on what happens within the next few days.

After this latest BS of popping up here and disappearing again, I've finally had enough. On principle alone, I joined those submitting a formal fraud complaint with the AZ AG office. And to think I was an active and vocal early supporter of LD on yelp and even this forum. I'm just so annoyed that they yet AGAIN were allowed to pop up and use this forum as their own tool to pretend they have any intention at all of even partially making things right. It's really not that hard to follow through on a communication once you start it.

They do seem to be good at missing opportunities to clear up their name. If they were serious about shipping unfulfilled orders, forum members should have received something by now.

I am so disappointed. ..why not just say the truth,"sorry we are unable to deliver anything, we failed!"

I wasn't falling for an avatar, I just hoped they had more scruples than to pull what they seem to have pulled as a way to try to get some azag complaints rescinded.

And the question is..... Did it work? Did anybody actually rescind their complaint? Let's not forget that LD probably owes vendors etc. much more than the total of orders. I remember seeing a link here for a judgement against them for 75,000 and there is probably more.

RE: Rescinded complaints to AG: Well, in my case, the latest popping up resulted in an ADDED complaint rather than one that was rescinded.

Most of us have received the "yes, we confirmed you still have an order" statement, but I for one asked for a timeframe to accompany fulfillment. I did get a "thanks for your patience" response. Patience is a new measure of time apparently.
At this point, I'd take the 3 yards of fabric and some hardware and pay someone else to assemble the shirt.
