Jump on them now if you really want them. Otherwise, seek out a different brand

matt, this is a close up of my N&F LHT's. The fades on your LHT's should be far more interesting on the PBJ's. I love the vertical streaks on mine

I did my initial soak yesterday and dropped them in the mail for Railcar to hem. While they aren't quite as "bumpy" as my Tanuki's they do have a similar hand that will potentially create some unique fades.

I just picked up the XX-011 (Lefthand Twill's) to complete my recent bucket list item (unsanforized and LHT). Grabbed a pair from Blue Owl. Granted, Denimio had a one wash for cheaper, but I had a good experience with Blue Owl on my Tanuki's and their recommendations on sizing have been spot on. I really want to soak and dial in these raw XX-011's myself. I really like the near-grey weft on these. I'll post-up some pics when these arrive this weekend. i love the xx-011s. that grey weft is super duper and the LHT is always interesting. they'll likely be slow-ish faders and a bit softer, but the increase in potential comfort and unique factor make up for it. i had been thinking of them for my next pair of straight indigo (whenever that happens), but who knows...there are so many good options. i am wearing my xx-020s today which should have an interesting evo as well.

It would appear there are rumblings on the internets about the increase. People are pretty pissed off

It would appear there are rumblings on the internets about the increase. People are pretty pissed off I received notice in an email from OK about this but they did not mention how much they were going up. Something about not pricing them the same as Japan? So instead of $250 .......... $300?

Thanks From 225 to 310. Well that's an easy pass. Maybe when I make it to JP I'll buy a pair as a novelty travel purchase.

eff it, im too late ID still shows the old pricing until tomorrow morning, which is still a few hours away. Probably worth emailing Denimio about proxy too. Honestly this is likely the norm going forward for Japanese brands with US vendors who have to pay import duties. And the Cheeto will likely make this worse going forward. Hell, throw in a few countries VAT just to be competitive too.

Many shades of PBJ... Wish I had the balls to rock the purple weft. I was a bit self-conscious the first time I wore them. But, I got past it fairly quick. They are not quite as garish as you might think. I think, if you can wear IHSH-PB flannel, you can wear the Purple Face.

I've gotten a handful of compliments about the 014, as well. It's not something you see everyday, and it's not over-the-top, "look at me, I'm wearing purple tinted pants" gaudy. People will appreciate unique, if it's done tastefully.

Those look really good!!! Wowsers! They certainly do ! My only gripe... the timing of their release. Lightweight ripstop, cargo pockets, narrow hem, all scream "summer". I can definitely envision them, with a rolled hem, Vans, and a lightweight tee. If there is a pair still hanging around in spring, I may grab them.
