Really? Gone from made in the USA to expensive fruit of the loom in less than a year? Wasn't thrilled about the Turkey thing, but these are SOFT and fit my body type well. Plus Merino is crucial for me.

Döner kebabs and sardines. Awesome.
Guess I'll keep paying the Hot Dog premium at Outlier.

What's the best Outlier tee? Just depends on whether you want a normal weight or heavyweight. I have both, the heavyweight is great in colder weather but a bit much over 80° or so.

yeah my Civic Mercerized Merino Tee is going back. I probably sized wrong but I'm not bothered to exchange it. Refund will do.

Took the most recent survey for the chore collection and it was a chore.
3 cpo like waxed cotton canvas jackets 3 chore pants in various colors of washed out canvas - all 6 of the above items look beat, I don't like to buy new used clothes
2 shirts made out of striped chambray with vertical stripes 1 utility shirt made out of neutral corded cone mills fabric - the utility shirt was kindof interesting but I know I'd spill something on it asap then be pissed.

Soft, nicely shaped, breathable. I went for a 2.6 mile run in my grey one yesterday. I'd also worn it two separate occasions before that. Zero smell.

I think I sized wrong, I went with a Large (42) which is my normal TS shirt size and it fits but it's a bit too much of a loose fit for my liking. I don't like my shirts skin tight or anything but it's definitely not a fitted/slim fit. Maybe a medium would be perfect, I don't know. Also it's really itchy.

I didn't like the washed look either as you can do that yourself if you just wash the chore pants once. I know first hand as both of mine ended up with that look after one soak. I saw on SF that the utility shirts are getting longer or the last batch at least of the corded material was. I need to feel the hand of the corded fabric to see if I like it since I do have some store credit to use. If you spill on it, you can always dye it something. I am debating on indigo dying or using olive rit dye on some natural stuff I have.

I wear a 40 in most TS shirts, sometimes a 38. I got a 40 and it fits well. More fitted than my Gustin Tees for sure. And not itchy.

I like the new Maritime collection. The Bomber Jacket is one I've been waiting for since I saw it on the survey. Being made in CA, probably gonna happen. As for the rest of the collection, the Maritime jacket looks pretty solid (aside from Portugal). The Henley looks great too (bonus! Turkey for bentin...should I just call this Thanksgiving?)...and I don't really want to commit to the band collar, so we'll just skip that part.

So I have worn my blue/poly cone mills camp pants a few times now after a hot soak and they are becoming surprisingly supple. I am wearing my green herringbone camp pants now. These camp pants are becoming a goto for me so naturally I want more than 2 pair. This is what the rep said on SF: northcoast We will have more Camp Pant's launching in August, let me know if you have any other product questions.

Yea the maritime jacket in sea washed id is definitely on my wish list, but having not having no experience with ts I still have my intro 20% off deal, so wanting to bundle it with something else to maximize the savings. Maybe the linen herringbones. Maybe the henley. Any suggestions?

So i finally got my replacement indigo utility shirt with two sleeves the same length. Bad news is, the two sleeves are still the wrong size. I seriously think the whole run is messed up. Size M-40 with L and XL sleeves sewn on.
but at this point i'm really tired of going back and forth on it. I like the shirt, so i think i'm just going to have it tailored and be done with it.

is it me or is TS just releasing same stuff over the last 2 years or so? Was hoping for newer designs/fabrics but seems like they just died on the creativity part

is it me or is TS just releasing same stuff over the last 2 years or so? Was hoping for newer designs/fabrics but seems like they just died on the creativity part My first TS shirt was a jack in purple/blue/white grid. It's a great shirt for business casual and a nice shirt pattern. They seemed to have switched that business casual fabrics to the stupid effing Hyde. I've been pissed for awhile that they have not gotten back to making jacks with better fabrics. I love the mechanics. I own 3 of the first 4 minus the blue. The two new ones are both pre faded and the olive one is the same damn color as the olive after you wash it a few times. Other colors please. I really like the Yosemite and own last seasons Red and this seasons Navy. What did the idiots do this season? Offer it in 3 colors of Blue. WTF!!! I would like to back the chinos, but their waist sizing is effed. It's either too small or too large for me. I have no idea why they do that. I don't mind the utility shirts, but I could give a rats ass for a salt and pepper one for $150. Way too much. I am hopeful that the camp pants they release in late summer/fall have a color that I want. I really like the cut. I did back the gray SS this year, but much more boring that the IMO tasteful floral mini pattern from last year. So yeah, they have been biting the big one in terms of fabric choices. That whole stupid collection about the "Cali outdoors lifestyle" really hacked me off. I'd rather see more of the "clothes to eat wine and cheese in while I spend my Cali IPO money" like the Blue dot shirt I backed. Priorities man.

It's just too off spec to deal with. I'd rather have the money for something that i will actually like and want to wear and not just make do with.

Problem solved Yeah, that was what fixed Gustin for me, close on TS. Their fall drops are always better than spring so I'm giving 'em one more chance. Everyone freaks out each spring about them.

Everyone freaks out each spring about them. I'm not a fan of the gradual move toward Portugal and Turkey either, but I got the indigo star yesterday, wearing it today (still made in CA, checked the tag). Damn. Nice shirt. I also find myself going back to the white jacquard from last year quite a bit. They're a pretty good purveyor of men's clothing, not batting 1.000, but who is?
