Looks like I got the #6 pack as well. No green was ever supposed to be in the trio, just two shades of grey and aquamarine. The colors ain't bad, but the construction of mine are abysmal. That's the offset V's I mentioned further up this thread. crews, guys. www.weargustin.com/store/3539Ah $#!%, my bad. Lolz, thats so unnecessary to have the same number haha. Concurred

got my free shirt in! unfortunately of all the colors i got one that is basically the exact same shade as my skin. Fits great though so i might pick up a pack. Only concern is the tee is crazy thin. I feel like it will get holes after a couple months. Anyone have these for longer than a year with any problems? its a tan pocket crewneck.

I've got a few of the 5oz 100% cotton, and has have got a few washes, and drys into them, and they are no worse for wear. Time will tell on the durability, but I remember seeing a post where a few have gotten holes in them. I don't think Ts this light will last all that long, as compared to my Goodwear Ts, which seem like they will last forever, but they are too heavy, and hot to wear in the heat.

So I haven't read through this thread in a while and I'm not going to take the time to do it right now so maybe this has been brought up before, but is it just me or have Gustin's T shirts gotten better?? And when the hell did this happen?
I hadn't ordered any T's in ages and I just received a three pack yesterday and the fit is much better for me. They seem more tailored now and have more length to them. They aren't short and boxy anymore. Anyone else notice this?

I feel they fit different. My heavy indigo is best, then pigment dyed is ok, then the organic whites are boxy and the heathers are just sleeesh but is great for stroling around the house since they are soft. (i regret getting so many before knowing this, im liking the pigments the most tho)

Slightly more length, but I actually find the medium a bit wider, and they're looking much better on me. Have bought up a bunch before they inevitably tweak something.

I got a slub pocket 3-pack (in faded rose, moss, and shallow blue) a while ago.. and I must say I LOVE them. Not only do they happen to feel great and fit me to a T, but I feel like many of the complaints I read about Gustin's tee's actually lend themselves toward making the slub's even better - things like thinness and even possibly slight disproportions.
Essentially, I've always wondered where someone could find a Shaggy-from-Scooby-Doo looking shirt, and have always looked for something similar when thrifting. Sure, American Apparel makes soft shirts, but I didn't even have the terminology to explain, exactly what I wanted. But, this is it! And I really couldn't be happier.

You might want to give the Buck Mason slub T shirts a shot. I think they might be right along the lines of what you are looking for. The fabrics on their slub Ts are probably the nicest and softest I have found so far. The fit doesn't work but it sounds like they might work for you. Their Venice wash Ts are also very nice.

Any of you guys ever try to purposefully shrink these shirts?
Mine fit pretty good but the waist is a little loose and just below the pits. I'd like to try to shrink them a little and am fishing for suggestions.
Warm wash, which dryer setting?
I normally cold wash and hang dry everything.

I've found that if you get any shrink it will be lengthwise, not in the width.

I think they have improved, in fact I've got an order in for another 3, that were due this week, but G has said they are at the dye facility, and should be finished up by Friday. I like them, and they aren't charging an arm and a leg for them.

I've washed and dried on hot, and I couldn't really notice any shrinkage, although I didn't take measurements. I also have only purchased their 5oz 100% cottons.

I would add that there doesn't seem to be any sort of washing/drying regimen you can put the tri-blend through to get any shrink whatsoever.

Thanks.
I have not bought any of the tri blend, I only have cotton.
I guess I'll try a few things and see what happens.

I took advantage of the Gustin free, shipping only, T-shirt option. My go to T-shirt has been the Eddie Bauer Slim Fit size small. Fits me perfect. Not too tight but not baggy at all. How I like it. The Gustin is smaller for sure. I wear it as an undershirt but would be too very form fitting to wear on its own. At least for me. The quality seems fine, same thickness and it is made in the USA. Eddie Bauer Bangladesh. I would go for mediums if I order any more.

I'll second that. I found the tri blend to be too long and hoped to shrink them by washing in hot water and drying on high heat. I got nothing out of it. I have to wash and dry after every wear bc they seem to stretch a lot too.

i just backed #4789. Looks to be a good trio of colors for all seasons. I've got a few similar tees that need replacing. Too bad it's at 1% funded.

I just got this 3 pack in the mail today. www.weargustin.com/store/4237The grey and blue are great. Nice soft fabric, great cut. The "ivory" looks nothing like the picture. I think the best color description is smoker teeth yellow. Can you return a single T from a 3 pack? I don't think I could ever wear this shirt. It would make any wearer look jaundiced.

Think I'm going to try bleaching the offending shirt. Any recommendations for bleach to water ratio?

Anyone know where I can find a Heavy Long sleeve TShirt? Something like the Gustin Heavy Indigo. Under $50

Finally received my 3-pack. These shirts fit and feel great. sleeve length and arm holes are near perfect for my slender build.
