ickes - what's your chest and waist size if you don't mind me asking. Trying to gauge as to whether i'd be a medium. I wear a 42 jacket and my waist is a 34. Thoughts?

I have Large and Medium AG hoodies and the Medium is really close to being too small, but its also their lighter weight line that they discontinued.
Love them both.

The best $1.00 I've spent in a while! 40's-50's loopwheeled hoodie.
Flat seamed: All-cotton stitching: Very soft inside: Fit: WOAH. Where in the world did ya get that?!

I went with the Flint and Tinder 10-year hoodie on Huckberry. Got a medium for $80, which seems like a good deal. We'll see how I like it when it arrives. I still think I'm going to get either the Left Field Indigo Loopwheel Hoodie or the Taylor Stitch 3-button Indigo Hoodie. Anyone know if the Left Field will shrink? I'm a 39 chest and so I'm wondering if the M will just be a tent or if I wash it on hot and dry it on high if it would shrink to a more reasonable fit?

WOAH. Where in the world did ya get that?! At a local thrift store on dollar day. brentkuz Yep, no side seams and a very distinctively loopwheeled loft/feel to it.

It's nice, but I don't think I'd buy one again. The quality is pretty good, but the fit isn't right for me. I'm fairly slim with long arms and this fit is probably more for people with a more average build with more average length arms. It doesnt feel like 18oz either.

Funny how I have been on the fence about getting a hoodie, but the first cool day hits in Boston and I want one! I'm sitting on a plane freezing my tits off and about to order one and pay overnight shipping to my hotel!

They can get wet, they pack up smaller, they don't smell as quickly, etc. just don't go near a fire. You can find a Patagonia, Westcomb, etc locally. Order the loopwheel when you get home. Or move south, it's 94 here today and all of my jackets, hoodies and fleece are still totally out of rotation.

Suddenly turned to fall in the northeast. It always amazes me how seasons turn on a dime in New England.

Suddenly turned to fall in the northeast. Dropped twenty degrees here in the DC area, and hasn't budged by much so far. I guess this is it. Brace yourselves, winter is coming.
