I know who Jim is, just never paid attention to supplements and etc, that's all. I stick to the basics and it works well for me, that's all. Plain ol Creatine Mono is fine, and half the time, all the time, I forget to take it. I completely agree with you, the basics are all you need. I think maybe I'm not making myself clear or people are misinterpreting what I am trying to say. This is one of the main reasons I started this thread, to point out that there are so many bull shit supplements out there that people get fooled in to buying and I just wanted to help people here not waste their money because I think a lot guys need to be more educated on this billion dollar industry that has become pretty ugly. The basics are exactly all you need and I completely agree with that Dr. in the video you posted when he listed his five basic supplements that are effective. Although he didn't mention BCAA's in there other than when he touched on Leucine as taken by itself a little bit, but I would be interested to hear his take on the effectiveness of BCAA's in the ratio's that are believed to be the most effective ratios. If you have any links to videos on him discussing that, or even articles, I'd be curious to see them. my supplements are basic as well other than when I add a fat burner or play around with a natural testosterone booster. That's why I like JYMs line because his supplements are basic with basic ingredients, but I think a lot of people are overlooking that. There's a few of us hear that are more educated than the average consumer on supplements and I simply wanted to create this thread to help the guy just starting out or looking in to supplements so he/she doesn't waste their money on all the bull shit that is out there that you don't need.

Some people are body builders (natural or not) some are athletes, some are strong men etc.
Aslong as you don't have a marathoners body. Please no marathoners.

As we have many members and diverse topics, there will be threads that don't appeal to everyone. On the other hand it could expose us to new topics that we might eventually be interested in.
