I hope they release these again. I have $140 in credit to burn and want something awesome. 38 straight should be perfect. What were the post soak measurements for the 38 straights? I bought Mattbert's so you can see the before above. Post soak ended up like this... Waist just a hair under 36 Thigh 24 Knee 17 Front rise 11 Inseam 34 Cuff 16.5 Hope this helps! My pre soak #s are almost identical, with a about .5" more inseam. If I get the same results, they'll be almost perfect. With the extra inseam, I still have a shot at cuffing, too.

You need to cop those dudebro! I just copped the Black Loomstates off the stock page as my legs and ass have outgrown my Black 2s . Come on, let's jump together, count of three... So anybody want to buy a pair of 32 straight Black 2s?

I just copped the Black Loomstates off the stock page as my legs and ass have outgrown my Black 2s . Come on, let's jump together, count of three... So anybody want to buy a pair of 32 straight Black 2s? Yeah, technically that would be my size. So were the 38 Straights I backed in that campaign, but they showed up two inches short in the inseam. Plus, I have yet to actually read an account of someone receiving Loomies with the promised pre-shrink inseam of 38" instead of 36". Everyone who's bothered to measure them prior to soaking has come up around 1.5"-2" short, just like I did. So I strongly suspect that the sew shop just used the regular Gustin patterns when they cut this batch of Loomies instead of making them 2" longer as advertised. Even setting that concern aside, though, the post-soak measurements that shoneyb was good enough to share are almost exactly the same as the freebie pair of Cones I received from Lawless last year. The ones that were practically skin tight in the legs and that I gave away to Griffin? Yeah, those. I know shoneyb said he hot soaked the Loomies, whereas I would definitely only do a cold soak, but that's still not exactly giving me the warm 'n fuzzies. The unsanforized thing may just not be a good match for me with Gustin. Long story short, as much as I'd love to jump on the Loomie train, I'd have trouble dropping $150 when I have close to zero confidence that they'd show up with the correct inseam length. And I can't bear the thought of having that amazing denim literally slip through my fingers again.

Dudes, I'm trying to get a general consensus on the waist and stretching these. I'm looking at a pair online that are post-soak but never worn. The waist on them is about an inch too small for me.
Do I pull the trigger and try to stretch the waist?

Do I pull the trigger and try to stretch the waist? Seems like many reports of them stretching back after the soak. If you think you can get them buttoned, I would say go for it. Especially if the price is right. Keep in mind that all of the dimensions shrink as well. So for example if you usually wear a straight and the pair for sale is a slim, wouldn't be a good idea to try a slim with these. Or if you usual straight size is rather snug but these are a size smaller, might be too snug overall. What is your usual Gustin size and what size is the pair being offered?

I wasn't sure if I should have started a separate thread for this or not butI decided not to because it seems that literally noone else owns these, which is weird. I'll keep this short and sweet. the Black Loomstates are great. They are exactlly what I was looking for, a black pair in the 14 oz range with contrast stitching and plenty of white weft showing through. Basically a replacement for my Black 2s only in Loomstate form. Honestly the visual appeal of the Black 2s is nicer as they have that beautiful crosshatch texture going on, but that being said the Black Loomies are still a great fabric and a kick ass pair of black denim. The Loomstate factor is probably the reason I would pick them over the Black 2s. If you buy your Loomies in a straight cut you will end up with a fit that is in between a straight and a slim fit. Its perfect. You won't get a better fit from G. Here's some post soak pics. The first pic is the best representation of color, the second pic is just to show the weft show through imgur.com/a/ddQfY

My regular G size is 29 slim. These were originally 30 slim, and shrunk to size 28'' waist. 29.00'' is pretty dang tight on me. But if I can stretch these out, that means I have a pair of Loomies for $95
