If you can wear chinos to work, cuffed chinos will also work. A manually cuffed chino tends to look better than the fake cuff on every IT nerd's Dockers anyway. I wear chinos about 50% of the time and depending on my mood I either leave them uncuffed or use a manual cuff. There's no rhyme or reason/

I wear chinos like I wear jeans. Very casually. I cuff my jeans, I cuff my chinos. I do not wear chinos to work. Nor do I bring an axe. Well there's your problem right there.

ih flannels are too lumbersexual and now you're rec'ing cuffed chinos? I'm afraid that you are losing your mind, bentin. Hey, let's be clear. Only the cartoonish IH Buffalo Flannels are LS. I will buy the non buffalo ones when they hit Rodeo Bros. I hate the RgT ones even more. wait wait wait. are you talking their flannel jumpers or their ombre flannel westerns? because if it's the former, i applaud you. if it's the latter, i thumb my nose at you, good sir.

Can anyone out there compare the Gustin American Chinos to Banana Republic's Aiden Chino? I need to stock up on dress pants, I don't know if I should go with Gustin or save some money and get them from BR. Bonobos is my go to for pantsing needs, besides denims. For shorts, I go Jcrew Stantons. How is Bonobos quality?

I actually think it's partially the RgT model's girly looking shoulders and goofball posture. But I still don't think I like the Lumberjack Ombres. The Jumpers look sloppy too.

I don't cuff chinos. Unless I'm walking on the beach.
I feel I need a new axe. Now
Is it axe or ax?

I wear chinos to work every day since I gave up wearing wool pants about a year ago. I had my G chinos hemmed because I'm short and I'd look like a complete tool with a giant cuff. I know bentin will call this blasphemous, but I think a chino can be dressed up nicely. I hate all my wool pants because they have creased legs and I've decided creased legs look stupid on me.

Nope, don't disagree. I'm planning on transitioning that way as I don't really need to dress as formally as I used to. A double cuff on lightweight chinos looks fine to me, more is a little hard to pull off.

I may have to actually order something one of these days instead of just browsing their website incessantly.

Yeah, Epaulet and left Field both have some working looking cuts.

Just received the true Carmel herringbone chinos. Love the color and fabric. There's an issue. Looks like it has some sort of staining or dust like stuff all over. Was this the issue last time?

WOW THIS IS ANOTHER QC ISSUE. Were they stock store? The first run suffered from bad water staining stemming from bad factory washing or rolling etc. I'm shocked they still ship these to people. Personally I would complain. And let them know.

It was their second run. And what's worse is it was slated for September and came in a week late which isn't a big deal but I'd hoped it was for QC. Guess not. First bright plaid came way off on sizing now this. Love the color and fit spot on but that shit is all over it.

Emailed them about the herringbones. Not really sure what I expect but what do they do if, say, half the run is water stained? Seems odd they'd go with the same place after the first mistake and then a follow up mistake.
