The LD IG page is offline and showing as being hacked. Well, there goes the one channel they had for communicating anything. Maybe their New Year's resolution was to be even less communicative?

So I figured since Lawless products are starting to roll in it is time to start a review thread. Here we can post our reviews of Lawless products and customer service...the good, the bad, and the ugly. I will start with the customer service I have received from Lawless to this point. In one word the CS at Lawless has been fantastic. I think there are a lot of us here who would agree with that, as many of us have been placing orders recently and have been dealing with Roman, Laura, Sal (DirtyDenim) and crew in the process. They have been very accommodating to say they least. They truly will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy thus far and they are truly concerned with the customer being happy with the product and the service. The most recent example of this for me just happened today. I had a pair of jeans that was due to be delivered to me any day now and I new it was getting close. I ordered them in a size 32 but I have recently been gaining some weight and plus I didn't measure exactly right the first time around so I knew I would be hard pressed to get in to a Lawless 32 as they do not use vanity sizing, a 32 is a 32. So I hit up Sal on the Chat and asked if it was too late to change my pair to a 33....Sal did some investigating...got Roman involved in the chat....and long story short, my jeans were in shipping today but Roman pulled them from shipping and is taking care of my request. He is making sure I am getting the 33 that I want. He said ''there's no point in wearing a pair of jeans if they don't fit". Now that's some customer service. This is a good one, dev.
