I'll just link this back to the original thread started by Giles on the IH forum.
Spring/Summer 2017 Pipeline
Some REALLY nice things to come! White and black versions of the IHSH-96 (Indigo dyed waffle knit workshirt)... A new colorway for the IHSH-129 fabric, and don't worry..... It's been stated that they worked out MOST of the kinkns with the skewing of the fabric weave. Btw, this new colorway is AMAZING, and it's being released as a workshirt with metal buttons!

New 129 is awesome; a real stunner of a colorway. Dig the vintage vibe of the "dobby check"--would prefer round snaps-- and it looks to have a blue colored brother possibly in the works (as visible in the background of this photo)

good eye disheveled, it does look to have a blue brother. Well the thing I've noticed about the shirts with the diamond shaped snaps is that they all seem to be pimpable. I could be wrong but I know several of them in the past have been. yeah those jackets look cool. I like the camo one but I would prefer it in a solid color.

That 129 takes the cake..... Nothing else matters, well except the white Wabash vest.... And the waffle shirts.... Who am I kidding, lol!

Will the 129 be the same weight as the 2016 version? 10 oz., right? Any idea if it will be available on Rodeo Bros. like the current one? I may reconsider my crazy plaid plan.

The camo might come across as too "childlike" for me to pull off, but I do like it! I may look into changing out the buttons on the salt and pepper knit, but when you're getting 'em from Japan, where would we get the replacement snaps?

Not sure this goes in the 2017 pipeline, but might as well share, I asked kiya about the 633-14OD, and sounds like its happening early next year. Thats up there for me. Lots of the next year stuff is nice, I just cant get on board the square snaps they've been rolling with here and there.

I'm not sure either, but like I said I believe the diamond snap shirts can be pimped if ordered through IHUK. For those that dont know Pimped means the snaps can be replaced with one of four options availabe at IHUK for no extra charge.

That's a damn good question and I think @untucked brought that up recently. Maybe contact IHUK and see if you can send it to them.

Not sure about the Japan release or not, but the two types of "flannels" are very different. The 129 is unbrushed and comes across more like a dense twill (not well suited for cold), where the UHF is super thick long fiber cotton that is brushed on the inside and soft as sin! Just didn't want you to think the 129 was just a 10oz version of the crazy plaid

Lol...yep. But Giles has never tried to imply differently. He's pretty open about that.

Two totally different style of fabrics, so save yourself the heartache and just get both

Lol...yep. But Giles has never tried to imply differently. He's pretty open about that. They are probably like the show "Last man standing", where G gets plenty of imput, but H reminds him who the "boss" is from time to time.

Not sure I could pull it off enough to warrant the purchase, but when has that ever stopped me?
