so we started a tee shirt program. so i have already seen some issues [ board comments] with the tee shirt because of the embroidery..well i will get to that in a minute!!!!! Well ever since American Apparel filed for bankruptcy..MADE IN USA tee shirts have been a far site to find in volume...lucky for us we found a small vendor here in Houston that is making tee shirts...Gabbie's business is thru the roof since AP filled..funny thing is he called us because he liked what we are doing after he ordered a pair of denim from us back in Dec...so he called us and asked if we can sell Texas tee shirts... i did a double take and did ask him..what do you mean Texas tee shirts? ..he said Texas Made... Texas cotton..all TEXAS...well you know what i said....HAAAA He has been to our small shop and could not believe that we had all the old "BLACK HEAD" sewing machine..and that we made his pair with the old ass machines....when he did he understood why our jeans are special and the life guarantee on each jean....HAAAAA he was very excited because he wants to make old school tees shirt and he said we inspirited him to bring back the old JAMES DEAN TEE Shirt he has been wanting to make...but could not find anyone who would understand his vision until he meet us..HAAAAA...so stay tuned!!!!!!!!! GABBIE!!!!!haaaaaaaa.. well back to the tee..so this is a 4.4 tubular knit tee..Texas Made, Texas cotton..and it is the similar fit as an American Apparel tee since that is what Gabbie's bulk orders has been from his other customers... as for the embroidery..well we tried to make our tee a little special from everyone else"s tee...but if you don"t want the embroidery you know you can always request it in the "SPECIAL NOTE" section on the order form [NO EMBRIODERY]..and we usually 99% OF the time give you want you want... but the price is going to be the same..the cost is in the tee not the embroidery..i see RL sells a embroidery tee for 45-55USD... ?? and yes i know ours is 4.4oz..and that is the heaviest we are going to make for now.... if you want heavier? ?...well it is all made in Mexico and South America..regardless what the other brands say...GABBIE KNOWS!!!! and the dirt he has been telling me about other brands miss labeling where the tee was actual made OR where the cotton is really from.....HAAAAA...well.....fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.!!!! order form link www.cianofarmer.com/Store/4.4ozBlkTee.htmlwww.cianofarmer.com/Store/4.4ozGryTee.htmlwww.cianofarmer.com/Store/4.4ozWhtTee.htmland YES..the turn is around one week for the time you order to shipping...for now.....we ..or Gabbie is making them and stocking them on the base colors..remember we have to embroidery them [ that is if you want the embroidery ] hand stamp the size in the tees since the tees do not come with labels.. Cheers Ciano
this is what the tees will be stamped with when we ship them...

Great to know that the embroidery is not mandatory. Also, is it possible to have a shorter length? 31" long, pre-shrunk, for a large is pretty long for a tee.

Would it be possible to make an item as a three pack? yes... let me see what we can do for a 3 pack...i do not think there will be alot of room for a cost break..since we are paying a premium now on the tee for such low quanities.. i know if i do around 5000-10000pcs a month then the price will come down....but that is not happen today..HAAA CHEERS Ciano

Just got my white t shirt. I like the fit. A little more room than my G medium. I like the fit of both. The G is fitted with some room in the waist but I can't go any smaller. The CF has a more relaxed fit and more length which I like. I'll try and get pictures up later. One thing I noticed if I'm being picky is a loose thread at the shoulder seam. Overall I'm happy and probably will get more at some point.

NEW TEE SHIRT LABEL so we are going to start shipping the tees with the new label....if you already have our tee with the old woven label you can always ship it back to us and we can change it for you.. so we what more of a hand made feel and more of the vintage look we do at the shop..so Mike came up with a hand stamped label printed on cotton broad cloth...it think it looks awesome and has a vintage feel to it...plus we ..you know us...it has a little more of the CFDCO handmade essences to each tee... [ ok who updated the new image post program? ?? it does not work on my old mac OS..now i have to buy a new mac to support the new OS..thanks!!!HAAAAAA]

ORGANIC TEE? CFDCO?so Gabbie asked me if we can sell organic tee shirts? the cotton will come from Texas..so before i commit..i just wanted to ask the board before i tell him ok? also we have some new colors launching today..USMC OLIVE, US NAVY NAVY, AIR FORCE GREY..yes tring to tie it back to vintage military colors…. Gabbie did a good job also Gabbie is working on a denim color tee shirt for us..but he did ask if it should be regular Texas Cotton or Organic? what do you think? also i gave him a dye house in EL Paso Texas that does natural Indigo..so i hope he use my contact to get the indigo dye for the yarn from them.. also what about v-necks? Gabbie is working on a model for me in the Texas cotton. Cheers Ciano

I'll likely be in for one each vintage military, same goes for the indigo when it's ready to roll. The "organic" part isn't really a selling point for me. Not that it hurts my buying decision, just not something I care about personally. No v-necks for me, I'm more of a crew guy, but I'm sure there are plenty of folks around here who would like to buy a few. I'm moving on from Gustin T's. The last couple packs I received were of poor quality so my search for a better T continues. If the white shirts I've already ordered are as good as I hope, I'll be a regular customer. Edit: On second thought, organic cotton with natural indigo sounds way rad. Now I can brag about my low carbon imprint while guzzling kombucha at the bike repair shop on my way to the cannabis dispensary.

Funny story> Gabbie told me that the white cotton tee shirts he makes uses organic yarn..but he has to go thur hoops to claim it is organic…so he just says 'F@&K IT" and makes them anyways as regular white tees….HAAAAAA... he also said 99% of all the cotton yarn from TEXAS is organic and has been for the last 50 years..but it is not labeled because you have to go thur GOV"T BS to get it certified and that adds to the cost….HAAAA.IMAGE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cianofarmer Definitely in on all of the military color tees... Prefer v-neck but would still order crew... What are your thoughts about custom length at an additional cost? I take my nice tees to my tailor down the street and she shortens them for $15 a shirt. I would do this with the Ciano tees due to the length. Totally understood if it's not worth the time/money considering everything you have going on... Just asking! Thanks!

Down for the military colors as well and indigo, prefer crew necks more than v-neck but I'm just looking for better quality shirts.
