I've been looking away making a purchase or 2 in spite of the price because their items, like Mister Freedom, have heirloom value On Oct 21 they are doing a private sale which is basically a pre sale where a select group get notified of the special sale link. If you check out the RRL thread on Styleforum you will usually get the link. THere should be a few items you can grab for good prices. RRL has better sales than say Jcrew with items going up to 75% off bringing the price down considerably |

My Collection at the moment. I also have some belts, hats & some wallets not pictured. The black jeans are from RL black Label & the checkered blue/black flannel is D&S & Jacket is a Polo Waxed jacket that is so badass. A bit to bright but i'll get some close ups done of some of the shirts which I love. 2 in particular are amazing the red on the left & the blue on the top right are killer shirts   |

omg why do I want those black jeans so much? I don't think I could even wear them in all their shiny glory but I covet so! Are they waxed, PU coated, or is it just photo trickery?

33 slim in the Gustin world, they seem to stretch out to around 34.5/35 (using the pull straight, measure across the top and double it method) once I wear them in.

I like what i've seen from RRL but their msrp is beyond ridiculous. ironic they sell 'work wear' inspired clothing, because no working man could possibly afford what they sell.

Ya, I meant how do you get even lower prices like the ones you mentioned at the start of the thread. I picked up a matlock flannel - some of those workshirts are very tempting but I'll hold out for LD. The sale increases from where it is now. SO right now its 30 plus 15% off. Eventually it will hit 75% off <---- thats on the new stuff but there is also a clearance section that at one time was loaded with great items. So the new stuff that is now on sale will eventually hit clearance like the stuff in there now. My point is the sale get a lot better |

As expensive as RRL is, they likely have the best sales out of any high priced brand. I mean 75% is damn amazing. The stuff I own retails for around $4500 but I maybe spent $2000. The jacket alone was $500 & I bought that for $175

There are certain things that you pounce on immediately regardless of sale because they are that good. I mean the stuff that is retailing for $200-$400. Once the sale hits if those items are still there you buy em. The next level of items you can hold tight a bit with some risk. The good thing is much later when the sale has hit close or at 75% off , a lot of the stores will begin sending stock bacl to the warehouse to be put on the web store..so a 2nd chance to get something appears |

I thrifted an RRL workshirt today for about $30, but it's an XS (Fits like a shrunken M though). I grabbed it in case anyone here is interested. DM me if you are interested and I will send you pictures and details.
