Great question. If your product is not right our fault or yours we will handle it. You can work with us and know we will work till we get it right or you can have your money back. This has always been my policy. Sometimes you just can't make everyone happy. Now if we are working with you and we are committed to make it right and we have spend time and energy into sending you anther pair and we are still not perfect at this point it is not cool to ask for a refund. We ask that you keep your commitment and allow us to do what we need to do to resolve the problem. That I feel is only fair. Bottom line no one wants to pay for something you don't like or don't feel it's worth the money. I can't tell you how many people I have dealt with that take the money and run and give little to nothing in return. These people will not last in the world of business and there time is limited. It's about relationship. I prefer to build good relationship with my customers the money and success will come. We have all heard the saying pigs get fat hogs get slaughtered. Very cool. I'm the most tolerant guy when it come to ill fitting jeans. There wasn't many 37" out there so I always had to hope a pair of 38" sew up small. I just hate all the bitching when some thing .25" out of spec.

I haven't made a type 2 yet. It come up yesterday, some guys from the Reddit forum come over to visit and we talked about jackets for a few hours. I got some great ideas. They knew there stuff. I had a good time. You know the doors always open if anyone whats to come visit. Just keep in mind if you come after 5 my bullie is running around so if you see him his name is raja and just ask him to get his ball. Raja is no joke, lol. He's always watching from his overhead spot in the shop. Very cool dog.

was going to suggest checking the mx and dns info in office 365...especially if you recently set up the domain. even if you have everything right it can take a while to propagate the domain info to applicable servers.

It's all how they are raised... they do get a bum rap, luckily there have been several good initiatives lately to try to change that perception.

HI all, I am having an issue with email It's strange but they are looking into it. I have a question. I'm getting a few request for the type 2 jacket. Any thoughts? Roman - definitely. I chatted with you on Facebook about the one I like. Is that one still on? Type III. Do you have any pics/mockups of the Type II? Type III from your FB page: I'd be down for this Type III in the Nihon Menpu dark grey selvedge or even mixing it up with the Cone 1776 or even the Japanese khaki if it made a return. Too many options!

Rick has had a couple cool things over the years. I kinda dig it. I'd like to see a HEAVY CORD jacket along those lines...

Roman- Is there any truth to the rumor that in a matter of months you might be getting your hands on 23/24oz. denim for Lawless!? And when is the ETA for the new website? Seeing you on this board bouncing ideas off this crew has definitely won me over. I'm totally rooting for Lawless! brother Cole, nice to see you made it here! welcome. that indeed is the rumor but we'll wait for confirmation from the man himself.

Roman,
That is great to hear. I have a pair of 26oz. that I love, and they are great for riding. Totally interested in the mega weight, and know others here are also.

Davelewis, I'm working on it. I don't know if you guys know is but we had to retool to handle the heavy denims. The standard commercial sewing machines can't handle the heavy denims.
