Ok, with ya. It certainly looks pretty identical. The only difference is that the 9526 is 21oz and the SE one says 22. Other than that, I can't tell them apart. Yeah I think it's the same vest. Looks pretty bad ass.

It's the exact same vest, Self Edge just calls it different. I don't know if its 22, I had this jacket and it's listed as 21 everywhere else www.selfedge.com/iron-heart?product_id=554I'll try to get to SE on friday..RodeoBros has the XL..too bad the 10x points end today

Ha, ickes , I hadn't a clue what a Sonny Barger was until I googled it there, but I'm still not much wiser. Altamont man. Gimme Shelter. Rolling Stones. Electric Kool Aid Experiment. Hunter S. Thompson. Like Hunter, also totally gonzo.

For the 526V what's the sizing like? Might be a decent summer vest for the motorcycle, I know trying not to spend money in 2016 but most would be paid for already. Plus motorcycle gear I don't think as style really.
I'm caught between XL and XXL. I would want it to be comfy on the bike so that makes a difference.
Other IH sizes
IHV-22 XL Ihsh 33 62 21 07 107 all XL Ihsh 102 large Ihsh 127 XXL (ran small this year)
Opinions?

Generously sized (designed to wear over motor cycle leathers), Giles wears L (but would wear M over just a t-shirt)

tried the superblack at SE. I'm an XL (42) in it. 40 would work over a sweatshirt but so would a 42. 42 worked well over my leather jacket. will cop on rakuten when my points show up

@belopsky , brentkuz - It starts with one... Yeah don't need multiple vests...yet. Just trying to get the motorcycle gear in check. I could use a pair of engineer boots for the bike but I would stick with red wing.

Here's my latest vest, the IHV-04. It's extinct now, so I got it from IHUK forum, but is a nice hefty 21oz grey on the front, with 17oz duck on the back. Also in the same package was this extinct IHSH-65 light blue chambray western. It's very soft and the light colour means I can probably pass on one of the light greys I was looking at. The snaps were upgraded to Mother of Pearl.

I almost bought that exact shirt off of the IHUK forum wdw. IIRC something about the measurements were a bit off though, but it looks like a great shirt. Your pics don't do it justice IMO.

My black IHV-02 landed yesterday. Liking it. One issue, though... I was in between XL-XXL. I went with the 2X, for the length. That length is quite good, right about where it belongs. I can even afford to lose .5"-.75". I think the XL, which is charted 1.5" shorter, would've been too short. But, even with the cinch pulled to its limit, it's a bit looser than I'd like. Does anyone ( @untucked , wdw ) have any experience with shrinkage ? If I could get 2%-3% out of it, it would work. If that amount is unrealistic, I may just resell, and search for other options.

Such a fun piece to wear. Side note: the hand pockets on the front are set perfectly, and I find it very comfortable to relax my arms and shoulders whenever I put my hands in them.

We all know that I'm not one for measuring my clothes, but you asking this prompted me to give my IHV-02 IND (And all of my other dark indigo clothes) a much needed HOTTER THAN HELL soak/handwash in the bathtub, at about 60C. I'll let you Know if I notice any shrink after it finishes drying.
