being a Phoenix native I am a wuss when it comes to cold weather so I get cold very easily. Even so, the UHF's are even too warm for me on some winter nights so they can definitely be too much for some. come to Minnesota. you'll know the true meaning of cold. the winters here used to bug me but i've lived here now for 27 yrs and it's to the point where 40 degree weather is warm to me. I find it funny when I see dudes on IG posting pics of their flannel shirts in states that have warm weather practically year round, like California or Texas. I wore it best before the hipster era in high school looking like a lumberjack. Everyone who has interacted with me knows I wear flannels like I always have a beanie or fitted cap on. While i do live in CA, i live next to the ocean so its kinda cold.

Broke out mine last week (all be it the IH Light flannel)

ickes I get the love for the UHF but my search is for mid wieght flannel now. A weight that can be worn around the home. The IH Ultra heavy is to much for kicking around inside. I have no need for more then the one UHF that I have. Im looking for classic styles (Ombré, Buffalo check, HBone). I dislike that RGT doesn't post much info on the fabrics (like the wieght). Which blue Flannel did you get, size, price? I may be interested. DigDug I totally missed this post somehow, sorry. I'll PM you info on the blue Ombre tonight.

you guys see that RT is tossing a boot into the mix? i'm not a huge fan of chelseas, but a suede chelsea with christy sole seems particularly unappealing.

Is it possible for one product to change your opinion about an entire brand? These awful boots are killing my interest in RgT. As is the Flasher Jacket.

You should see the monstrosity they did with Stag Provisions -- the 2 tone waxed supply jacket. Fuuuuugly as hell. It's sh*t like this that makes it easier to understand why people abandon certain brands and go with Iron Heart

I clearly didn't get it.

Nice bentin. Pretty damn sure these will be my summer 17 pair. They're great for 90+ days. These are Stanton's and a hot wash brought the cuff in a reasonable amount. The rest of the fit is darn good, but they do stretch a lot between washes.

Fit pic of the neppy work shirt in size XXL. I'd been eye balling their ISC work shirt for a while but I wanted something to contrast better with my IH-634SB's instead of being overly tonal. Another plus is that this one is soft and instantly wearable day one due to the rinse process opposed to the rigidity and stiffness that frequently gets reported about the ISC. For $30 less to boot, I'd say it's a winner. Paging northcoast since we're similar in size. Fit is similar to my Taylor Stitch 46 Mechanic Shirt through the body with longer looser arms. S&S Has a 20% off sale on right now through Friday ( code = tinyhands) so I grabbed this shirt.

Really good discount at 20%, I might need to take a look over there. Hope the shirt works for you, it's quickly become a go-to for me this fall. Edit: looks like you got the last XXL, it says sold out now.

I did debate for like 5 minutes then said screw it, been looking at it for a couple months and is currently the only denim shirt that I think will probably fit me. Good to know it's a staple, thats what I was hoping for and the weather is changing. I was tempted to buy this 3sixteen shirt as well, but since I"m not sure if it will fit, and I thnk Ickles did not like the quality, and S&S you can only return for store credit.......... I passed. I had this in my basket ready to buy but no discount so I passed.

Think I'll be holding off, that 3:16 flannel is the only thing jumping out at me as well but I'll wait to dig through clearance Pendletons at the end of the season on the cheap.

northcoast it was Rogue Territory shirts that were sub par for me. I've never owned a 3sixteen button up shirt but Ive been tempted a few times myself. I have several 3sixteen T-shirts and I can say that the quality is great.
