I think you have 1 too many buttons. Most other brands have 6 for smaller sizes and 7 for larger sizes.

I like 7 buttons (on a large). I have a new work shirt that has 8 and find it a little odd. It elongates the shirt or the shirt is long. Either way it to much. Only other shirt that I've seen 8 buttons on is the Taylor Stitches Mechanics shirt. It kind of works on that one. But still would have preferred it to have 7.

These pockets are nice. Post up some wash and dry numbers and I'll be in.

Looking great, thank you for listening to our feedback. One minor suggestion: can you make the gussets a bit smaller so they sit up a bit higher & are not so huge? I can think of only one brand that has really big gussets like this (Paul Rose Products) & while not a deal breaker I think normal size would look more elegant.

Wow its really beautiful. I also would like smaller gussets, but other then that it looks really really fantastic, I especially like the one without the flap!! Here is a smaller gusset one just to show:

I agree with most of the suggestions above (7 buttons, smaller gussets, flaps, etc.), but I also feel like I'd like to see slightly shorter collar points with a few degree wider spread. Maybe it looks better with the top button undone, but the collar looks a little severe to me.

The collar is pretty drastic at the points and I think that should be taken down a bit. I think that after the first wash or soak those collars are going to be all flippy floppin all over the place.

It looks great, but I will wait for a western. Preferably in a nice heavy indigo. But massive thanks to Ciano for being an all round good guy and producing (and DELIVERING) great products.

But may help the cause just to get to that Wool fabric you may have coming. well the shirt sales suck!!!!!!!!!!!!. i really need to get this off the ground so i can offer up shirts better than IH at third of the price. we only have 6 order on the current shirt..so far..AUGH...... so we wil make the side gusset smaller. and i can offer up the following for a darker indigo 15oz Japanese Kuroki Mills Dark indigo and a grey 14oz Japanese Kuroki Mills we are working on the western style ..but i need to get the first work shirt in production before i can get the western shirt going. here are the options for the western shirt fabrics for the second launch in plaids..i know the heavy weight is what you want.. but we will do a 14oz BLACK/BLACK selvage also. BUT HERE ARE THE OPTIONS FOR THE WESTERN SHIRT PALIDS FOR THE SECOND LAUNCH 16oz British Millerain plaid
14oz plaid Pendleton Woolen japanese 13oz plai
i just need 30 pcs on the work shirt first..to launch this program. If i can not get this started then i am "dead in the water" remember 4-6 weeks deliver on these shirts.... i would love the feed back and the support to get this started...so i can give all of you the shirts you want for third of the price..$$$$$ Cheers Ciano

I will do a grey in the first batch if offered with tonal or white stitching. Look forward to these options being added to the site order form.

I suspect many of your customers here already have a basic indigo workshirt and so are looking for some other varieties to fill out their collection. Those two selvedge denim alternatives look great & I think will get more interest. If you can offer some herringbone, jaspe, covert cloth, wabash & antique stripe fabrics (all selvedge if possible please) for the workshirts, I predict you will do very well!

I also want to add that i like the points of the collar. The Gustin is also very pointy but you dont see it bc you usually dont button the top button. Unbuttoned I think it looks nice!!

Do all 30 have to be the same fabric, or just 30 shirts total? I'd do the grey.. cianofarmer
