Well, very sad news. The new owners (Source Capital) have canceled all orders for stock and are only allowing the staff to sell what is on hand. No new merchandise is coming in. They have not told the employees what they plan to do with the company. It seems my two shirts were not on hand and were on over to arrive this month and as such were canceled but they did not let me know. I guess it's time to get in now with what they have on hand and GTFO.

So Bill's is tits up, Flint & Tinder certainly fell on their face, and Gustin has Italian sneaks and Japanese socks. Are we sure that Made in the USA is working?

So I sent my Anniversary Khakis back for a refund 3 weeks ago, and haven't been refunded yet. I've been waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, but all representatives are busy. Don't make a return unless you don't mind the chance of not getting a refund. I'll wait this phone call out for another 30 minutes.

I never received the refund, but I spoke to a rep, and he said because of the buy out things are hectic there, and thousands of orders are being processed for either exchange or refund. And that if I don't receive a refund within the week, I should go ahead and do a charge back. I waited two weeks, and then did a charge back.

Kinda sucks. The brand has been terribly damaged during this. They sent me a refund of $24 and I couldn't figure out why.

@61scout yeah. It really blows. I just discovered them last summer and really like the three pair of khakis I got, but I'd be very hesitant to give them a shot for a few years. I need to see the direction they take moving forward. I also need to see if the new owners are still committed to making the products and making them in the USA or if they are going to abandon that heritage.
