exophobe is it safe for me to clean this up a bit right now and delete all of the posts you have liked? I just want to confirm that you have added all of the orders from the posts you have liked to the list. Let me know. Yeah. the only orders I haven't listed I left unliked and asked questions about, so we'll need to make sure those stick around (questions and their original posts). Self-deleting of posts doesn't appear to be working, but I can't tell people to PM cause this thread is starting to look like a membership drive, and new people wouldn't be able to send their orders to me. For the sake of all the work you put into this (and your sanity), I hope this plan works out and everyone gets what they want in the end. My crusade with LD would have, and did end with, me doing a chargeback and letting that end my experience with LD.

Had high hopes, as many of us did, that this brand would be successful & contribute to US made denim growth/strength. Anyhow, hats off & big kudos to @dirty_Denim & exophobe for their great efforts & intentions to resolve this debacle for the benefit of our forum's members!!! Have found it a bit of a drag at times to see so many of the forum posts related to these (valid) complaint issues w/ LD. Great work!!!

Should we consider a separate thread for returns/exchanges? I realize the importance of this element, but it's probably worth distinguishing aside from the orders that are not presently fulfilled.

I don't know. I'm adding them with notes. The important distinction here is that we're just trying to consolidate communication since Lawless has put a moratorium on it. I think we all know that the 60 days is just something that was already built into the launch of the next RTW line, and that they're likely just hoping they can get these orders out by then, but given that more people have reported receiving orders in the last week than the last four months, I think they're at least making headway. Since they handle each piece of an order as a separate order in-house, it certainly complicates things from a communication perspective. After all that, I guess it's up to you and Dirty_Denim though, since the two of you seem to be handling this communication.

Wow...I knew Lawless was behind but man....look at this list we have going here...and this is only the tip of the iceberg I think. I'm not even sure what to say about everything at this point but Lawless is an absolute train wreck.

Our list is far from representing the majority of custom orders, though it would be remarkable if our forum user-base was the only group of people that haven't received their custom orders. This list has been turning into a sort of membership drive, though, so unfortunately, I think ickes is right about this being the visible part of an iceberg. However hyperbole isn't going to get anyone anywhere. Either way, let's try to keep the discussion to the order update thread, I want to try to keep this thread on topic and on task.

I only limit my denim exposure and entertainment to this site.

As soon as I'm finished with my move I'll begin jumping on this. I spent the day buying everything for my living room, bed, bathrooms and completed the kitchen. Everything will arrive on Saturday supposedly so maybe a few more days

In all fairness to LD, those 24oz (actually "somewhere around 24oz") jeans have been promised by End of September 2015 .... so legally / technically on those orders LD is not in delay status ....

I am still waiting on a refund for my final order cancellation.
Since March I have heard a bunch of reasons for not refunding. The latest was needing my card number. A week or two ago I emailed asking how to get them the number as email is not secure and the couple of times I called nobody answered. No response to my question.
Admittedly, I have not chased this all that hard. Of course, I shouldn't have to chase this at all.
Does a lack of refund fit within the confines of this thread?

If they've canceled the order but haven't refunded, you're likely best off continuing to reach out to them directly, but I can put you on the list if you send order details, I'll note it that you're awaiting refund, like Old26.

Can we really call it a "delay" at this point? When I receive my final shirt, it will probably be closer to 9-10 months wait. I'm hoping for a note that says "sorry for our gross inefficiencies in business operations and customer service". I can hope.
