Is it me or have they killed the most recent facebook page? I see their website links to a different page "LD&CO American Heritage Clothier", rather than the LDandCo/LawlessDenim one it used to, and that page, along with all the requests for order updates, is gone (Unless they blocked me for asking about my order on there). Can't help feeling if they spent a bit more time on communicating directly with customers then they could save all this time wasted on switching names, websites and social media accounts in order to try to out run the bad press and requests for information from legitimate customers. The only thing that seems to remain somewhat reliable is the instagram page.

Maybe they need to spend a little more time using Instagram to catalog orders being fulfilled. I know, a wild concept.

Maybe I will stop by again, and do so during some reasonable business hours and take pics of people actually working.

I mean seriously, all of these orders that people have been waiting on for 6 plus months...what the hell have they been doing? Do they only have one sewer or something?

I know they have a few sewing stations, but to say I've seen them fully staffed during any one particular visit, would be a lie. I know Roman has stated that it's hard to find qualified sewers in Phoenix, but I have always assumed they had enough to maintain the 20-25 per day estimate from way back when they started. Perhaps Dirty_Denim would be willing to give us a greater peek behind the curtain.

They have someone with enough time to keep scrubbing and re-launching their website and facebook page.

Has anyone noticed that the forum was taken down? It lasted about 48 hours and filled up with order status requests so they shut it down and told people to stop calling and bothering them.

Funny stuff, as that would seem to be the most popular question for anyone who has an order with them. What would they think people would use this for? I guess they were hoping for questions like, what new drops are coming, or how is the 24oz Supima coming along?

I mean, why would we write to them and ask about the goods we expect as part of the transaction for the money we paid them? I was thinking about starting a thread on cafe racers and "best places to take pictures and look cool in my denim".

The answer would be "not sitting motionless in a parking lot next to light reflectors, glaring at a camera while wearing mirrored aviators on a cold bike you rolled out of a building". So basically, just go ride and you'll look cool.
