In fairness, that's a repost from a non-jaded customer. Now, I am about to get in on the lambasting... I've sat back and let you dudes fight the fight long enough... I just really decided to look at what he owes me, and I'm looking at roughly $600 worth of stuff from 4 orders between #1012-#1042. I don't know order dates because the old site is inaccessible to me, and the last batch of emails sent out in mass list the date of the email as the order date.... Diabolical genius? Search your email for the order numbers, those remained the same. Already did... They are gone

Hell, I'm still waiting for orders 646, 1013 and 1346.

At what point does this thread expand beyond this forum and into other channels as part of a class-action lawsuit? Is the general consensus to sit back and give them to the end of July/early August to live up to the 30-45 day promise (if based on business days and not calendar)?

i mean, this has all the makings of a class-action but i question whether anything would come of it.
they are providing refunds when requested so the ability to cut and run is there if you take it.

In Massachusetts there is a Law called 93A. Its makes it were a consumer can bring a Lawsuit against a buisness, Sueing them for Triple damages and Attorney fees (I'd just do it myself). If I lived in Arizona I'd do that. Its easy to do. Just go to the court house, small claims and ask if there is a similar law. Fine out what it is called. Usually all that is needed is a Letter sent to the buisness stating the problem and your intent on sueing if the issues are not resolved in 30 days. If you bought 3 items from LD, the argument could be made that you would have to replace those items costing $450 (a pair of raw jeans cost $150 x3). But it would be triple that, $1350. Or just make me my items. Most of the time the buisness just makes things right.

Got an email from Roman:
"....blah blah blah...shirts are 2-3 months off"
So, if anyone is still waiting/hoping to see their custom tops, you'd be better off buying Lotto tix...

Got an email from Roman: "....blah blah blah...shirts are 2-3 months off" So, if anyone is still waiting/hoping to see their custom tops, you'd be better off buying Lotto tix... Funny, here's what I got on my one remaining shirt when I reached out to see if it would be made (when I saw that my order which was still outstanding, was noted as fulfilled): Hi Matthew, No the order is completed yet. But you are more than welcome to stop in and see whats new Also, send me the address you'd like on file just to make sure we have the correct one and yes it will still be the Oregon design ---------- mykahlaA couple of issues here: - Strategically placed grammatical error: "No the order is completed yet." - it is or it isn't? - Invite to see what's "new"? Unless it's my shirt actually being worked on, then probably no visit for me. I may stop in. I think someone has to clue Roman in on the angst that is in the world against his company. It's not a simple "f*ck the haters man" like he gave me before, I think he needs to tell me if the "LA facility" can even support any custom work and any given speed of production. If so, maybe he needs to bite the bullet and rebuild some damaged denim souls before he takes over the world he LD's poorly executed business model. But hey, what do I know, I'm not a paid consultant like the Bisonmade guy.

But sitting outside of their shop in this damn Ferrari isn't doing a damn thing! I'm having to fight off daily car jackings and it's getting old.

Being jacked is at least allowing you to kick some ass when people try. Actually, Ferrari has some damn good air conditioning. You've been in that car through all of the 110+ degree days. Who knew they were all about A/C performance?

I think he needs to tell me if the "LA facility" can even support any custom work and any given speed of production. I don't think the LA factory exists. I think the "LA factory" is contract manufacturing. And if so, it won't support custom work.

I say we just start a massive, full force offensive through social media, phone calls and email.....
We can swarm them, a la "Denimbro"

I say we just start a massive, full force offensive through social media, phone calls and email..... We can swarm them, a la "Denimbro" What? Test how quickly they can hit delete? Their new forum was all order inquiries within 24 hours, none of which landed in the forum channels per their instruction. if they're convinced that the large majority of people who haven't received their orders (the entirety of the 2000s seem largely unaccounted for) are just haters who don't understand how good they've got it, so they're going to be lashing out against them as they decide fit, I don't see anything making a difference. Anyway, I asked them the likelihood of them even looking at my order for chinos and a shirt within the next three months, since they're specifically saying "jeans backlog" recently. I'm hoping for a response but not really sure what to expect other than "30-45 days *wink*".

Well, I'm plotting out my action plan now... I'm getting my $600 or my items... Still, preferably the items, but either will do.

I'm waiting on a shirt. A shirt style that is no longer listed on their website I might add. So it appears I would never even have the option of getting it as a RTW. It will have to be a full custom and LD will probably never make it

Why don't all of you request a refund?!? I got mine within a week when I decided I wouldn't see my orders (back in Feb).
